I really like Pizza Hut! I think they do great with their food. I do not really eat into he dinning room so I don't have... anything to say there. I always carry out or get delivery. I asked for the menu..7... $ each ... when asked because I was told it was an online offer only! I was so excited when I saw a pizza hut restaurant where you can Dine In, but that tradition is over. The restaurant is there,... but no anymore hot pizza in a black tray, no arcade, no soda machine. Just a plain pizza in a box, and u have to purchase yourown 2 litter bottle. They don't even provide crushed pepper or cheese. So basically is like ordering the pizza to go, but eatingthere. I tried this pizzeria on the last night in Kanab. The manager played me without too much enthusiasm, which is more unique than... rare in the States. I asked for the menu and I was given a QR code, but unfortunately I didn't have my smartphone with me, sothe guy, more and more annoyed, asked me what I wanted. once ordered and same twenty minutes I received my pizzas. The productis not the worst I have seen but certainly not the best either. The dough is very similar to brioche bread. Bad value formoney, too expensive. I do not recommend it to anyone. Read more
We stopped by to grab a few pizzas for dinner. Most restaurants are closed by 9:30pm so the choices are limited. It seems this... Pizza Hut costs more than other ones but their quality is great. I walked in and ordered at the register the old fashion way. Ireceived my pizzas in about 20 minutes. Pizzas tasted great. Tip: Must do the QR code in the lobby otherwise it would be a painto order. You should call in to place your order since menus are not physically available at the store. There is not a menuboard like regular Pizza Huts. Read more
Waited over 90 minutes for our Big pizza box. Food was barely warm - more like room temperature. The vegetable pizza was ok - a... little bland. The boneless Parmesan chicken wings were cold but once heated up in the microwave- pretty good. The sausage pizzawas good but barely warm. We were tired and didn?t feel like going anywhere after hiking Bryce Canyon today. I?m not a hugePizza Hut fan but this was worse than I expected. Read more
We had a pizza and soda delivery to our hotel which was to feed a large group. (27 people) we asked for plates, cups and... utensils for our meal. They were about 20 minutes late and would not answer the phone when we tried to find out where our orderwas. When it finally arrived it was mo longer warm and came with about 10 plates and utensils and no cups. The delivery personhad unacceptable customer service. Read more
