Worth it just to see the Chefs in action in the kitchen. The food is outstanding and exactly what you would expect from a French... bistro. What a great addition to the Kanab community. These chefs also run the Kanab Bakery so you can get that perfect pastry. Prices are reasonable and in line with the quality of the meal. Read more
Service was nice. I liked the vibe here but I didn?t like the dishes that much. The risotto was way too salty so I couldn?t... finish even half of it without having drunk a whole glass of water. And I feel like it?s a bit overpriced. Shrimps in the shrimppasta were dry. Overall, I wouldn?t recommend this place. Read more
Stayed in Kanab and this was our favorite meal! Amazing to have French chefs in a Kanab and we were not disappointed. Relaxing... and pleasant ambiance, friendly service and amazing flavors. We had the brisket, ribeye and shrimp linguini and all were spoton. The crème brûlée dessert was perfection! Easily worth the investment to have unique dishes in a beautiful setting. Gothere! Amazing staff, the first photo is of the appetizers, the second is of the brochette de canard(duck breast skewers with polenta),... the third picture Black Angus ribeye and the fourth picture is of orange glazed pork belly. They try to create an impression of a kind of high-end type of restaurant. The waiter was friendly and accommodating, as well as... the hostess. There is a nice view of the kitchen, and the interior itself is pretty stylish. The table is also served well,quite unusual for American restaurants. Food-wise this place is mediocre though, the octopus was slightly burned, but it waseasy to chew, which is good. Stew under the octopus, though, was extremely salty. Escargot was pretty delicious, all ingredientsare balanced. Scallops were okay, but the mushrooms in that dish tasted better than scallops. The duck was quite good. The lambwas also okay, but the meat was not salty enough and the vegetable stew was too salty. The sauce was awfully sour. Imbalance.The food was fine overall, with a sense of French cuisine. Some other negatives include the fact that there was no beer on tap,local beer was gone, and there was also no stew left as well. Dishes were served well. We had the Lobster Risotto, Beef Bourguignon followed by an alternate version of Tiramisu and Nutella pound cake for dinner.... They were sumptuous.. Staff was welcoming and warm... This was our sixth visit here since 2018... It's worth a visit to Kanabjust to eat here ... Read more
