We recently had Big Bone cater our wedding and they were a HUGE hit! Nearly every guest that we had came up to us to tell us how... much they enjoyed the meal. Manny was very easy to communicate with both leading up to the wedding and on the day of, and histeam were extremely professional and polite. They served appetizers followed by a buffet style meal, and then came back severalhours later to set up the late night snack (which we were not expecting! We were under the impression that this would just beset up right after the dinner!). They were also easily able to accommodate for some of our guests who had severe allergies. Andanother bonus was that they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for the meal like a lot of other caterers were trying to. Thepricing was fair and well within our budget and allowed us not to break the bank. I would HIGHLY recommend going with Big Boneif you have an event that needs catering! Read more

We ordered through Uber Eats and we are within 10 minute radius of this place. We ordered poutines with brisket and a side of... brisket. One of the poutines didn?t show so I called to let them know, and they just said to request the refund. Also, thepoutine was soggy and the sauce was gelatinous. I?m not sure how that can happen within 10 minutes of ordering. The brisket wasnot fresh and quite hard to chew and I didn?t really taste the bbq flavour. I honestly can?t imagine how anyone could give thisplace 4-5 stars. Maybe they do a better job in the restaurant, but I won?t find out as I will never order from them again. Read more

Extremely disappointing experience. We were really excited to try a local place after finding out about this place from a... friend. Ordered a Party pack + Strips + Cheese bread. When I called, the gentleman had to check if they had enough cheesybread and chicken strips....which was a bit baffling, considering what we received for these dishes. Their "chubby cheesygarlic bread", were pre-made hamburger bun halves, with garlic spread and shredded cheese on it. Complete waste of money and wecouldn't believe that's what was served as a dish for $10.75. Same thing with their chicken strips; for $15 we receivedessentially what looked like frozen/fried chicken strips with hot sauce. They weren't even properly covered with the sauce andwere very dry. Ribs were a bit on the dry side but decent and same with the smoked jerk wings. The battered wings were more onthe soggy side with little flavour. On top of all this, the gravy x 2 that was forgotten and not included in the order.Considering the restaurant was empty when the food was picked up..two hours before they close; there's no reason for missingfood items. The food is absolutely not worth the price they charge for it; unfortunately unless they improve their qualifysignificantly, I can't in good conscious recommend this place to anyone. Read more

Really impressed by this smokehouse. Best I?ve been to in a long time. Ribs were perfect. Good smoked wings are so hard to find... but these were pretty decent. Both ribs and wings were juicy. Slaw and beans were nice too. Base sauce was boring to me but Ilike tons of flavour and they offer many more so can?t hold that against them. Only knocks: Cornbread was cold (turned out to befrom the previous day) and the fries were not fresh cut (probably from frozen - like a coated McD?s fry) but even those werecooked perfectly. We were surprised how fast our food was ready - just a couple of minutes! We will return to try other saucesand food items! All in all, a decent value option. Read more
