Love this place, especially in hot summer days! Nice patio, great selection of ice cream, decent chocolate quality. Definitely... recommend to visit with kids! Great spot with a lot of space both inside and patio. Always clean and disinfected. Covid precautions and measures were taken... care of. The staff is always in a good mood and smiling despite the number of footfalls the place has. And there are people likeme who want to order something different every time I visit the place. So I ask for suggestions as I feel the menu is sillyconfusing sometimes. By the time I would figure it out it would be my turn to place the order. In my recent visit, I came toknow that they have a vegan option on the menu. Apparently, I was never able to see it until the last visit. I lovedwaffle-based ice cream treats. Kooky ice cream. Great spot. Clean. Ver bright. Fairly quick service. Menu is a mess and needs to be better formatted as it is a bit all over... the place. Not sure if this was intentional, but only some of the items available are displayed. The menu?s confusing layoutalso results in very slow ordering as there are a LOT of clarifications from staff required. I was with a vegan who only noticeda vegan option after we had checked the menu and ordered. Great adherence to covid protocols, but music wasn?t turned down whenplexiglass went up so with the high ceilings customers ordering and staff almost need to shout to be heard. Worth a stop. Very yummy dessert. Came with the family on a Friday after dinner. No long lines, lots of indoor and outdoor (patio) seating.... The signage for social distancing was very visible and easy to follow. Loved their variety of flavors for dip. Although the onlyflavor available was vanilla but the choices for dips make up for it. I had a medium S'mores Kooky and it fed the 3 of us(anything bigger than medium would be too much in my opinion). Definitely satisfied my ice cream cravings. Read more
I just moved into the neighborhood and I found this ice cream shop. When we walked in, my kids and I were greeted by the kindest... employee with the biggest smile. I think his name was Josh. He had such good energy and made us the best ice cream we've everhad. The kids are hooked now and I now I will definitely be coming back all the time! Read more
