Extremely disappointed in this location this evening. My partner and I got home for dinner and he opened his 4 piece chicken box... to this - which can hardly pass for a kids meal. This is unacceptable. I tried to call the location and there was no answer -the phone just kept ringing for 5 minutes straight. We will not be returning to this location as apparently there is no qualitycontrol. It's not even worth driving back to get refunded either because it is a 15 minute drive out of the way. Really bad service by the manager. Went to get ice cream with the kids and got mini blizzards for them. We had a big order and... when the kids got the blizzards they hey asked if they can have sprinkles on one of them and the guy that was serving us went toget some sprinkles but the manager stopped him and said we had to pay for it . I was okay with it but when I went to pay for it,I found out that they didn?t have a set amount they charged for extra toppings and the guys that worked there were confused onhow to charge me. The manager came and told me to charge it as extra topping on cake which came up to almost half the price ofthe actual blizzard for about 10 sprinkles in total. Read more
Ordered my son?s birthday cake on Tuesday evening. Then we go to pick it up Friday evening and they?ve somehow ?misplaced? the... order and now there?s no cake!!!! His birthday is tomorrow!!!! Honestly, this is one of the worst possible things to happen andthey didn?t offer any solution other than to give me a ?free? BLANK cake except we?d already prepaid for it, so we had to waitfor them to refund us. Now my husband and I have to figure out how to decorate this cake and I am by no means talented enough tomake what I had asked for. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! DO NOT order a cake from this place. Stuck their fingers in my food and became rude when I complained..... To the boy with purple/pink hair working the window you... need to learn some manners. I understand some people can be fussy but your co-worker stuck their fingers INSIDE my blizzard.This should not become a case of you becoming rude and annoyed with me simply because I complained and POLITELY asked for a newblizzard to be made. You should not give me a dirty glaring look and become rude, simply apologize (which you did not) and makeanother one that adheres to the health and saftey standards set out by dairy queen. Instead you spoke with the employee to makeme new ones and only filled the cups 1/2 way in a way to get even for me speaking up. While you may be a teenager who doesn'tcare or could care less about how you conduct your self in buisness I can assure you the owner of that franchise does. And theywill particularly care to see this review of your co-workers sticking their fingers in food. The owners have a family tosupport, they will care I no longer bring my buisness to their location and anyone else who may read this review and goelsewhere. It costed me $16 to learn your buisness does not have sanitary conditions/employees and to go elsewhere. What adisappointment as I use to frequent this dairy queen often with my family (1-2 times a month). You just cost the owner 400$ ayear. Standard dairy queen. Staff is young so mix of good service and mild shenanigans. Decor manages to look industrial and surfaces... are quickly wiped down but not clean. Ice cream is tasty, service is quick. Read more
