Service was Great... attentive and helpful. Decor could use a good clean, I swear the table had some green hue to the wood. ... This is a restaurant that focuses on quantity over quality. Portion size is huge, they fill you with bread and salad, plus themeal. But the Food and Drink are below average in quality. As an example, Mozzarella Sticks are so obviously cooked fromfrozen, and were made somewhere else. The prices are nice for young families, and kid options are good too. If the Kitchencould just make some minor changes to the food, this might be a great place again. Now, it is a Fast Food restaurant, thatbarely tastes American-Italian. Read more
Soup salad bread and pizza were all delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Bathrooms were very dirty. Paper towel... everywhere. Sink ledges soaked. Not restaurants fault as this is the results of their customers but because people are messythey may want to check their bathrooms more. I wish they didn’t have to and people just knew how to use a washroom properly. Read more
Still in the restaurant after paying and finishing my food. Amazing service today and an angel of a waitress. I took my... girlfriend out to have dinner and we were met with Tiffany. She provided 10/10 5 star service and kept my girlfriend and I verypleased. Even had a nice conversation with us after we were finished paying. Overall great experience. Nice atmosphere if not a little noisy. The staff was friendly and food was delicious. I could fill up... with those free breads at the start though, have to watch myself. I went with a big group and everyone got their drinks andfood relatively quickly. I had a pizza with a cauliflower crust for the first time and it was surprisingly good and I couldn'treally tell it was not a regular flour crust, other then it being really thin. It was soft and chewy like I'd expect a regularcrust to be. The server was great but could have checked back more frequently as we ended up having a pile of dishes aftersoups and salads, and although I only asked near the end of our meal, I never did get a refill of my Italian soda, which wasgreat except it was syrupy near the bottom, I guess I didn't mix it well. Very friendly and fast service. Everything was very good. The salad was fresh, well dressed, and delicious. Our main courses... were well prepared and tasty. I had the chicken parm and the chicken was not dry, but well cooked and seasoned. Would like abit more sauce and flavour in the spaghetti - was too bland for my tastes. But a very good location and we'll definitely beback. Read more
I love the cheese capaletti! The little loaf of bread you get and the Caesar salad are great too! I appreciate them not putting... bacon on my salad as well. Service is excellent! Read more

Stopped in while on a shopping trip with the family. Had a crew of 5 and anything above a 4 person seating area was unavailable.... Luckily, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to add a chair to get us seated quickly. Service was good, but veryflighty. Took our order quickly, but as meal progressed just failed to bring out extras promised (Cheese for salad, red pepperfor pasta, drink refills). Food was all well cooked and good, but bread for the table was never refilled nor were we asked fordessert. Check was delivered quickly. Overall, food was great, service was decent. Chalking up hiccups to it being late and theyseemed a bit busy. Would go back again. Read more
