Not great.... Spent $70+ dollars on takeout lunch - four burritos, one of which was *vegetarian*. Unfortunately when we got home... they aren't marked so we had to cut them open (kinda ruining the burrito experience right there). We then find that they ALLhave chicken in them... If these basics aren't right, you worry about the rest of what goes on. We called back, got no apologyand just offered a credit for ONE burrito "next time we're in". Firstly the whole lunch is pretty ruined when one person can'teat, and secondly why exactly would we risk it again? Read more

Stopped in as we saw an advertisement on the road that they had Buddha's bowls. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly worker... who explained the menu. We ordered a tex mex burrito and a teriyaki twist and we were not disappointed. Will be coming backhere again. Read more

Let me start by saying how much I LOVE Freshii: quality of food, recipes and great service. I am one of the loyal customers,... ordering a few times a week for my whole family. The Kanata location has all these great teenagers serving, always very sweetand polite. I appreciate them very much, especially during this hard time. Today, I placed an order using the app, my husbandpicked it up and, surprise....when I opened the order all 4 bowls were wrong. I am really OK with small mistakes and it is onlyhuman to be wrong once in a while, but all these 4 bowls were wrong. I ordered 2 Oaxaca bowls, one Pangoa and oneMediterranean. The Oaxaca bowl did not have kale and tomatoes and the avocado was a tiny little piece. The Mediterranean bowlwas a completely different bowl, and the Pangoa one had half of the quantity that usually has. I went back to Freshii, butunfortunately the whole experience of fixing the order was very unpleasant for me, with one teenager girl telling me that I am"giving her attitude" and not really understanding that the order was wrong and it is NOT me who should apologize for this. All3 girls there were newly hired and it was the first time I saw them. I do hope they get training, as at this moment I am notconfident in spending my money on Freshii, as I am not getting the quality, the food amount, and not even what I am actuallyordering. Didn't know Freshii was a thing but I'm so glad my friend took me here. The food is so delicious and yet so healthy. Prices... aren't cheap but I think it's fair. This location was so cozy and I loved the design inside. They should open up more locationsbecause I won't be working in Kanata anymore :( Read more
I love freshii at other locations and I love green smoothies at home & from multiple smoothie places, but the proportions were... way off here. A huge amount of kale and hardly any balancing fruit (I saw the container was nearly empty, so probably theycouldn't bother refilling it) and not enough liquid. We came here for a treat but it felt like a punishment because it was sothick. Freshii has a great concept but they need better quality control re: proportions. Not sure if the owner or managerallows the staff to try the smoothies, that will probably help them understand how to get the quantities right. Read more
