The fat kid at the counter was pretty dirty looking and not friendly. But more importantly why is my steak sub cold and barely... warm? It certainly did not see the inside of an oven. Waited 20 minutes.. Can't wait to taste my microwaved soggy sub. I pickedup my sub It Wasn't even busy. Very disappointing jojos. Used to be great. Now it's clear you just don't care. Save your money and keep your peace of mind: order somewhere else. Used to be great! Now, not so much. Small portions improperly... packaged. Cross flavoured food. And don't bother with delivery. Awesome pizza! Best gluten-free crust in town. My boyfriend gets the regular crust and says it?s the best he has had in Ottawa.... Fast delivery and they always have a great special which makes ordering pizza more affordable. I recommend this place to all ofmy friends!! Read more

Great pizza, but I don't recommend trying to eat two slices in one sitting. I was starving and two slices of meat lovers has me... STUFFED. The garlic sauce that came with my pizza gave me flashbacks to the garlic dip my mom used to make when I was a kid.Honestly some of the best garlic sauce I've had and they gave me a TON of it. There was so much that i could easily spread it onevery inch of both slices. Service was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be eating here again. FUTURE EDIT: Thefood quality and service are excellent. However they charge 2.99 for delivery, plus 1.25 to use debit(plus tip). Pic added.** Today I received a notification via Facebook Messenger from Fatina, a... co-owner if Jo-Jo?s, apologizing for the experience and offering to make it right. She had asked me to give her a call and25mins after that I had in my hands, a freshly made Canadian with extra cheese!! I was not expecting this level of customerservice at all. Very impressed with Fatina for making the effort to reach out to me and resolve the issue. This is anexcellent example of how to turn a negative into a positive experience. I certainly could have called SkipTheDishes the firsttime around but it?s always an ?I say, they say? with Skip and I don?t get the issue fully resolved to my satisfaction so Ididn?t bother. Won?t be using Skip much more in the future. I?m very happy to say that Jo-Jo?s is not like ?all the others?. Note: feel free to give the restaurant a call directly to rectify an order even if you?d used Skip or UberEats. Finally, thepizza I did get today most definitely had extra cheese and was quite delicious! Check out the pic.
