Hadn't been to this KFC in a while. We went at 11 am on a Saturday. The soda machine was out of order, they didn't have any... macaroni salad, they forgot to give us the gravy we ordered and the floors were dirty. On the plus side the fries were hot. Read more
My mother and I just went, for one the girl who took our order took 5 minutes to even speak to us, she was extremely rude, told... us are bucket didn?t come with fries even when after we tried telling her it was true and it?s literally on their menu, and totop it off we didn?t get the right bucket. Ordered a single box combo with a small gravy on the side. Once I checked food after leaving found they didn't give me the... gravy. They didn't give me the BBQ dips either, even though they specificallyasked me which dip I wanted. Asked for a largedrink and only got a regular. The side salad that came with the combo was half full if that, plus was not given a fork for thesalad...Over all I sat at the window for 12 mins for them to give me a single combo with 5 errors in it, complete trashlocation. Ordered chicken with 3 large sides. had no macoroni salad. Told me just Cole slaw biscuits Gravy for sides. Ordered biscuits.... Got home and there was only 4 of them. The fries was more like a medium, and same with Cole slaw. The chicken was over done,dry. And the fries was more like mushy fries. Gravy tasted disgusting. You call this chicken? I call it deep fried Skin and bones. 4 piece meal for almost $13 and I get this. The other piece of... dark meat was marginally better. Let the chicken grow a little longer before you serve them. Read more
I can't believe that this KFC would remove garbage cans outside their restaurant? Garbage all around outside blowing all over.... It's a fast food establishment during COVID-19. I don't eat KFC very often throughout the year once maybe twice? Regrettably we went and picked up some tonight and when I... opened the bucket of chicken, the grease on those pieces of chicken I have never seen before.... I took pieces out of the bucketto place on two or three dishes and this is what the bottom of the bucket look like, just covered in grease.... not only was thegrease bad. The taste was awful. That will be my last trip to KFC. Waste of money !!!!!! They want you to fill out a survey tolet them know about your experience as I did and they leave you with a voucher number but unfortunately and as I've read, theydon't and have not responded ...I'll be visiting face to face to collect my money back if I don't hear from them soon !!!!
