Usual fast food, i think if you have choice to use something another do it. - Service very slow. In Ukraine your order prepares... during 10 minutes maximum, and if longer you will have the card with some benefits. For this restaurant you could wait yourorder more than 20 minutes without anything. Maybe in Ukraine this line of restaurants McDonald's has different managementview. - You have to check your order always, because they might not put something. This place never gets orders correct it's absolutely embarrassing. I ask for extra pickles on a mcdouble and it doesn't even... come with onions or pickles which is standard. They always screw up orders. Terrible. Read more

Discriminatory location! Supposed to be 24 hours, but they close the lobby at 10 and only serve through the drive through. Many... people can't drive due to medical conditions, including myself. Food should be accessable to all, regardless of physicalability. Read more

I come to Kanata weekly but I haven?t visited this establishment in some time. I stopped in to pick up a coffee and a large... French fry. I ordered through the kiosk and waited. I found them quick to fulfill my order and was pleased to step up when mynumber was called. Sadly it all went sour from there. The staff member who called my number purposely chose to ignore me after Icontinued to stay at the counter. She was very aware that I was seeking something else but she kept busy with other things andrefused to return. Finally she had to come back, as she had another order to hand out at which time she still ignored me. Ifinally had to just start talking, requesting ketchup and vinegar for my fries. She made it very clear to me how disgusted shewas with me, I?m assuming for wanting her to do her job and she wasn?t about to not let me know how she felt. I returned to thestore after eating my order in my vehicle to get her name but she had no name tag on. The garbage can by my vehicle definitelyneeded changed or cleaned as the foul odour was very nauseous and noticeable. I did visit the ladies washroom to wash my handsupon my second visit only to find it not clean nor tidy, which I found confusing being that there was a young gentleman on thefloor with cleaning supplies. I understand how busy this place appears to be so I can see how certain things may take longer toget done, like cleaning a bathroom or garbage can but to have an employee treat you with such contempt and be so ignorant justseems so inexcusable. I?m certain that I won?t be the last nor am I probably the first person to have been treated this way bythis employee. I can only hope that if enough people take the time to speak up, she?ll get retrained or released from this jobshe clearly isn?t taking any pride in! Read more

Food was ok, establishment was very nice. Speed was phenomenal. Milkshakes tasted delicious. I got a POKEMON!!!! You will get... fat eating here so watch out. I didn?t notice any bounce on my burger. Read more

Went to this location for ?quick? after work food and waited in the drive through for 25 minutes to get served and then looked... and realized they missed 2 Large fries. I went back in line and waited another 20 minutes to get what was missed. Doors arelocked and couldn?t get in. Brutal service from a major fast food chain. Read more
