Amazing service on a last minute catering experience for our hockey team (30+ people). The owners went above and beyond to make... it all happen for us within an hour and bring the food / hot plates to our facility - even taking the order and preparing beforethey were open. Today I witnessed a conversation between the owner of this location and a customer that was absolutely appalling. From what I... gathered, the customer had ordered a meal the previous night and did not receive part of her order so had requested a partialrefund for what was unavailable but was informed she would have to return the next day for her refund. I did not expect to hearsuch aggressive language coming from the owner over something so trivial. You run out of chips, you refund part of the order oroffer some sort of compensation, but you definitely do no swear and yell at your customers. I have never heard a businessprofessional drop the f-bomb so many times over refunding chips. Wowza. Stay away from this location unless you want to beberated and yelled at. Read more

Very disappointed with our last visit. We ordered two burritos and a burrito bowl and they barely put anything in them. The bowl... wasn't even half full. We had to ask the guy working to put more stuff in but he barely did. It used to be our favourite spot toget burritos but now it's not worth the money. Read more

Portion cut in half! Maybe the brand is struggling? Maybe its a franchise and the owners changed and are cutting food costs.... Reflects badly on the brand. The food is fine and to be expected. I actually asked the employee if that was all she was going toput in the bowl (even the fillers were minimal - little rice and beans and next to no veg) as it wasn't even half full. She juststared at me and didn't say a word - but hey, I'm still prompted for a 15-20% on a take-out order. I like mexican burrito places- guess it will need to be a competitor from now on. Read more

Went through drive thru and I was pleasantly surprised that my order was fast. All done within 5 mins. I ordered the Steak... Burrito Bowl and a kids meal of the Chicken Quesadilla. Food tasted great. However when I got home, the kids meal was missingthe tortilla chips and dip. My picky eater was upset but luckily I had an alternative at home.
