Tried to order online, wouldn?t go through. So I tried to call the store using the number they provide on google. The operator... who answered could only place orders for the Hazeldean location so she transferred me to an operator for this location. I appreciate my food being hot when it arrives, but not my salad. It was packaged with my wings. The lettuce turned and the... dressing was very warm. I was offered a 10% discount for my NEXT order, I asked for an immediate discount and was told theycannot do that, apologized and then he hung up on me. Read more

There is always issues with their app and the guys at the store never helps, they are not professional and never accepts the... issue on their end or never tries to help us fix the issue, they dont know the concept of customer satisfaction at all Read more
This store is not particularly at fault, it's the online ordering system that's abysmal, utterly hopeless. I put an order... through with my credit card, says it's goes through successfully. Find out half an hour later that the order didn't go through.That's pretty embarrassing for this day and age with a big company like that. Read more
*PIZZA HUT THE WORST MOBILE APPLICATION!* Difficult to use, can?t switch between pickup and delivery(hidden). Went there to pick up our order, and instead of the panormous pizza we asked for, they gave us 2 mediums. Not the same at all.... As I was paying for the order I never asked for, but was stuck with because I couldn't wait for them to make it over again, Inoticed an employee in the back.....scratching his nuts. The pizza itself was.......OK. Hardly any cheese and it was greasierthan usual. I've ordered from this location before and it was a lot better. Read more
