Terrible location, and the manager, Farhan, was equally awful. We ordered a medium pizza and then drove to the place and noticed... big signs on street XL for $11.99. We cancelled our order and went into the store to order the XL. The store manager told usit was not possible that they have signs which display that pricing. He told us to give him proof, so we walked 400m away fromthe store and took pictures of the sign for evidence. Can you believe the store manager didn't honour the price and was notsympathetic to the fact they had false advertising? He sent us away from the store and told us to come another day, andshrugged his shoulders. Very disappointed with this location and would not recommend this location to anyone looking to buypizza. The easiest thing this store should have done is acknowledge their incorrect sign and work towards fixing the erroneousfalse advertising. We reported this location to the Pizza Pizza head office as well. Unfortunately, we do not recommend thislocation or their business?terrible customer service. July 4, 2022. Excellent pizza. I had the Spicy Chicken BBQ - totally excellent. The crust was 100% perfect - the right amount of... "cushion" and solid "surface". There was a good amount of chicken (the protein) and the sauce was perfectly spicy. I totallyenjoyed the pizza slice. The dear gentleman was so attentive and great customer service. Please avoid this pizza pizza. I rarely if ever make reviews, but I had to for this one. Very very poor customer service and... quality. The cashier (50s, black beard with a little gray) ran around the store multi-tasking while I was at the cash waitingfor him to punch in my order. I had to wait 20 minutes for the cashier to finally punch in my order which I think is ridiculous.There was very little attention given to the customer. The cashier made no apologies whatsoever. The slice of pizza itself wasaverage at best and the poutine which I ordered was quite dry. I asked for more sauce and then had to wait for another 10minutes to actually get more sauce. I'm never coming here ever again ! Read more
The large masterpiece pizza that I received was way beyond my expectations. The beef and chicken texture were incredible. The... extra layer of cheese on the top was a thoughtful touch. The store manager was also friendly and polite. I'd certainly come backagain! Read more
