Very disappointed but that?s fine, two other locations in the area will be happy to have a new customer. Took them 20 min to... make my drink!!! Only four other people in front of me and no drive through at this location!!! The guy at the cash was verynice and quick but the two barista girls?? One was just spinning around doing NOTHING (not at the cash, not making drinks). Theother one had two speeds: slow and very slow also chatting with the other one. Very good brunch. We love it. It?s close by our house. It gets busy on weekends and certain times of the day. The staff are... super nice and the coffee you know it???? our favourite drinks are the mocha?s and frappe?s. And the most important part thatit?s part of indigo ! Read more
Friendly accommodating service. Helped us to find a drink similar to Timmy?s ice cap ???? FYI = Espresso Frappuccino. Patio... space provided privacy, shades, fresh air and people/traffic watching. Read more
I?m absolutely at loss for words for the poor experience I just had at this location. Walked into the location (4 customers... inside) was ordered loudly by the cashier to step outside max capacity of 4. Not a problem, stepped outside and waited in theheat for about 10-15 mins until exactly two separate customers left. Once inside, we place our order and we?re at a capacity of4 at this point, 2 customers then walk in (capacity of 6) not a word? 2 minutes later another customer walks in (capacity of 7)not a single word again, they then serve the 7th customer. At this point we are so confused as to how this is happening for asolid 20 mins without a single person saying anything. I brought this concern up with the barista and manager. Absolutely noactual concern from the manager, super nonchalant. Last time I come here. Consistency is key in order to succeed. Do better. Read more
I only recently started going to this Starbucks (iced coffee season). I had to write a review and say just how lovely Sonny is.... She is an absolute ray of sunshine and truly makes my day every time I get to chat with her. Without a doubt, every time she isworking she has a huge smile on her face and makes you feel as though genuinely excited to see you. She is main reason why I goto this Starbucks vs. the nearby drive through. Read more
I don't particularly care for this Starbucks. The staff is so busy with loud laughing and goofing around that they don't seem to... have time nor care to clean the place!!! ITS ALWAYS DIRTY HERE!!! These photos were taken at 9:30AM!! Read more
Convenient when shopping at Centrum. Always fast. Not too crowded. Normally easy to find a seat
Never enough staff, don't coordinating drinks in correct order, huge line ups, made my daughter with 20 minutes for her (cool)... hot drink. Have been avoiding this one since well before the plague. Read more
