I placed my order through uber eats many times I get a sad, pathetic sandwich that has more meat than veggies; I spoke to... management they told me to add a comment to ask for more veggies, well the app doesn't have additional comments section on thisspecific store to accommodate my request, so I call the store, and instead of being accommodating I get the staff speaking adifferent language and I'm not supposed to be upset that this si is rude when dealing with customers. I asked for it to stop asI don't speak the language, and it's not helping the situation. Result in, no sandwich can be made with more veggies as Subwaystates this is the new protocol, and my order was cancelled. Read more

Depressed employees and they don't care about there job. Some of the employees just play music in there earbuds while serving... customers. Shortage of bread everytime at night. Slowest sub makers in Ottawa ???? Read more

Truly awful. I get 30 min lunch breaks at work, there was litteraly 1 customer in front of me, it took them over 15 minutes to... tell me "one more minute I'll be right with you" which was an obvious lie as they had already started making more sandwiches foronline orders. I had to leave shortly after since my break was coming to an end. No considerations at all for in storecustomers, this place is juste a sandwich factory for online orders. Dont waste your time going there in person I know I wont bereturning. Read more

Do not waste your time at this location if you are in any type of hurry. They will blatantly prioritize "Skip the dishes" orders... and make people in store wait 10 mins plus for this. Be advised; it will be faster for you to order skip. And they will treatyou better than showing up at the store front. I've heard employees comment the ownership doesn't care about the customer. I went there at 5:20 pm on January 7th, 2020. The sandwich artists working there do cont comply so standard of subway I.e hair... net. The sandwich prepared was just a walk-around, no proper garnishing of vegetables. The lady who prepared my sandwich justthrew the handful of olives on the centre of the sandwich. Additionally there were only 3 people ahead of me in the queue, stillI got my sandwich prepared and billed at 5:48 pm, that?s 28 minutes just to wait in queue on your 30 mins supper break. Thedelay was just because of the frequency of online orders from SkipTheDishes. The lady kept on accepting all the orders straightaway and would end up them in between of the queue. Even though there were only 4 of us (Customers) she prepared atleast 7sandwiches by accepting the orders and ending up delaying us. When I asked her to accept the order but to increase thepreparation time, she replied that the owner has strictly denied on that as he loses money. Best Subway location in town. Always clean and tidy, fridges stocked, and friendly staff. My personal favorite Subway, I'll go... out of my way to come to this location if I've got a hankering for a sub. This locations been around since I was a kid and hassome great wall decorations to look at, as well as a large seating area. Read more
