I ordered a footlong cold cut. Lettuce, cucumber, green olives on half and pickles on the other half. I always have to ask them... to put the meat on the bottom otherwise for some reason they put it on the top. I got my order and found 3 cucumber slices, 2slivers of green pepper and 3 pickl slices on each half. 1 of the pickl slices wasn't even in the sandwich so 2 slices when Iwas eating it. I did request lots of green olives which I did get. Thank you for that. I called the manager and all she said wasthat's what the standards are. I asked her if 2 slivers of green pepper is really their standard. She asked me what I wanted herto do. I was just about to suggest something when she interrupted me and told me they followed the procedure and hung up on me.I called her back and asked if she just hung up on me which she denied. I asked for head office number and was told she doesn'tknow it and that they wouldn't do anything anyways. Then she told me she was busy and hung up on me. Read more

Older lady that is always here is probably the worst customer service I've had...like... ever. Can't welcome you to the store,... can't ask you what you want, can't manage her staff or time...usually doing nothing in the back...can't offer a combo or anyadditions...can't even tell me the price of my order...what does this person do? New hire originally made a measly sandwich with terrible proportions. Owner took accountability remade the sandwich and threw in... 2 extra cookies. Really nice owner however new hires need more time being trained. Read more

If you're getting a premium sub, it's still like pulling teeth to get a reasonable amount of toppings on the subs. Management... needs to loosen up and let them put more generous toppings on. If you have to pay more even, I wouldn't care, I just hate havingto ask three times for the toppings that make a sandwich worth getting. Ultimately, it's adequate, but just barely. Read more

I went tho this Subway location today, right after masks in indoor public spaces became mandatory in Ontario. The woman making... the sandwiches had her mask clearly pulled down under her nose. I asked her politely to wear her mask correctly, and she doesnot reply. After she finishes with her current sandwich she takes off her gloves, washes her hands, and fixes her mask. At thispoint I don't want to eat there anymore and I wait to speak to the manager. I let the manager know what happens and he rudelytells me to get out. I was not making a scene.
