The rating is for the service not the food. Food is 5 star hands down. The service Is horrible. Walked in at 8:30 no one even... approached our table till 9:10. One server kept on passing by us but would never ask us if anyone helped us. We weren't evenoffered water when we sat down. I know it's a busy day for Tuesday but it wasn't busy. 2 of the servers were eating, checkingtheir phones, and chatting with their friends (customers). It took them 40 mins to send us someone to take our order and thereason why cuz my friend went up to them and told them if you don't want to serve us can we atleast get water on the table. I ordered wings and calamari. Wings were great but the calamari I was unable to have as it was toooo hard to even bite it. At... first I wasn?t going to say anything but honestly for the price I payed just for the calamari to throw it out (didn?t sit rightwith me) I tried emailing the store via ?contact us? form and still haven?t heard back from them regarding a refund. The staff were very friendly and were quick to seat us and take our order. The food was good, came to us hot and everything was... correct. It's a chain restaurant so don't expect fine dining. Expect chicken wings with lots of sauce choices and road housefood and that is what they will deliver. Read more

So many choices of wing sauces and wing options. Plus a huge menu of other foods, and a wide selection of drinks. Wings are the... speciality here and the burgers are ok. I had the rib combo but the ribs didn't stack up to competition nearby. Quick service,but get in early for lunch on Fridays as it can get very busy. Read more
Went for the Tuesday Wing Special. Half price 1 lb wings with the purchase of a beverage. Ordered the breaded spicy gar parm and... non-breaded spicy teriyaki. The wings came with a side of fries but we upgraded one order to onion rings for $2.99. We didn?treally enjoy the flavours nor find them spicy at all.
