Follow up to my review. Owner contacted almost immediately and tracked down the emails that went to a 'generic' box of brother... who was on holiday. So, a week later we took him up on his offer for a NC pizza, went and picked up. Much better, more sauce,slightly browned cheese, not greasy [I'm starting to think I like the oiliness of a well cooked traditional pizza], and hot. Adifferent sort of pizza and not at all like Papa Sam's. I still don't like the sausage bites sprinkled on the top and think itshould be crumbled, but that's just me. I'd order again. ---------------------------------------------------------- PizzaSundercooked. Flavourless. Sam?s closed so gave it a try. Wrote to the store and zero response. Picked up, saw at least threecooks, maybe four, and at least two drivers. Raw onions strewn on top as afterthought. Was impressed though that he sent back adriver to wash his hands coming to pick up a pizza. But strangely the owner/manager was nowhere to be seen when it came out ofthe oven to be packaged -- can't be everywhere all the time, I get it, and if he was I'm sure the original outcome would've beendifferent. Every time I go here the staff is exceptional! Friendly outgoing and professional! Management and the owners are beyond... accommodating, providing a Nut-free environment to avoid cross contamination! The food is always perfect my personal favouritesare the crispy chicken wrap, bbq chicken pizza, tropical chicken pizza, and they have the best wings of any spot in the kanataarea! If you haven?t tried these or anything else on their menu do yourself a favour drop in or call and order something asapyou won?t find quality and service like this elsewhere! OMG. The best pizza me and the wife have ever had. The one cook who I believe was the manager or owner was amazing guy. He... really had passion for the pizza he was making. I will definitely be going back there again. Read more
Placed delivery order. New to Ottawa....took a chance. They where close to the hotel we where staying at. Great phone... service....helpful with placing order and informative with menu items....great selection for pizza joint. Amazing pizza....lotsof toppings. I usually order extra cheese.....was not needed( thanks to the guy informing me of this) Honestly the best pizza Ihave had!!!!! Definitely will order from them again. Read more
This place is absolutely phenomenal you never have to ask for extra cheese cause they load that thing. You've gotta try the... salt amd pepper wings I Guarantee you won't be disappointed. Hi Here is what I call service with a smile!!! With a little enginuity and some super power perseverance!!! This was a chicken... strip platter / fries with a 6 piece chicken strip!!! Ask them for their party box... I named it the willies party box becauseit was a great presentation and an awesome way to put it all together under 1 roof!!! Simple easy and now it's a feast for allof us watching a good flick and enjoying Willy's at its best ???? ???? Good job willy's Read more
