Excellent food and always fresh, hot and the same consistency, pizza is thick with lots of cheese and toppings. Donairs are... super, and garlic sauce is to die for. Our go to for wings, pizza and appetizers. Prices are reasonable. All restaurants areexpensive now. Read more

This was my first time ordering from Willy's and I decided to order online for the convenience. The app was easy to use and... placed my order no problem. Received an confirmation immediately that my pizza would be ready for pick-up in 30 minutes. When Iarrived there was a bit of confusion and I had to show the confirmation on my phone. Well it appears they missed my online orderbut apologized and got it in the oven immediately. What impressed me was the Manager / owner apologized and handed me a giftcertificate for the entire amount. I always believe you measure a business in how they handle adversity and difficult situationswith respect to their customers and Willy's went above and beyond! Sooooooooooooooooooooooo good. The servings are so large and each slice is so filling. Staff was super friendly and nice to chat... with. Prices are on the higher side but worth the quality you are getting. Very impressed with the cleanliness as well. Walkedin and the place smells fresh. Would highly recommend. Not a great experience. None of the chefs bothered to wear their masks. Some masks were literally just dangling on their ears. I... definitely would not recommend the subs, cheese wasn?t even melted, sauce was cold. Only part of the sandwich that was warm wasthe bread. Read more
We had meal this evening and it was terrible. From the moment I walked in I should have just turned away. The food I received... was inedible. The pizza was nothing but burned and way too much cheese. The chicken wings which accompanied were super cold andway overcooked. I spent $30+ for dinner and we didn't even finish one slice. When I entered the restaurant there was a gentlemanat the counter who wasn't only rude but he was not wearing a mask. I don't want any food served to me that was made or handledby someone who isn't wearing a mask. That should have been my first sign. I know he likely cooked the food in no mask becauseafter I told him why I was there he went towards the back and sliced a pizza without a mask and gathered my food as well.There's no reason for my meal to be ice cold on pick up. I was told a half an hour and I arrived after 15min to cooked stalefood. I have no intention of visiting this pizza place again. It was our ?first time trying it and it was so disappointingespecially after all the rave reviews I've read and heard. How can you serve good like this and be proud?
