The place is newly remodeled and probably hasn't been cleaned once. The employees are untrained and all need to take and pass a... sanitation course. I ordered a combo meal that cost me 12.33 and had to ask 3 times for a cup to get my drink,then was told thatthe machine on the public side did not work. I then asked to get my drink from their side and waited at least 5 minutes for anemployee that didn't even wait on me to ask if I wanted some water. I said no my drink I ordered. She gave me a cup full of iceand probably one drink in the cup. The old me woulda jumped over the counter. Read more
First off let me just say if I could give zero stars I would this place should be SHUT DOWN my boyfriend went there today to... order a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwich; They made him wait a long period only for them to give him a sandwich withnothing on it. When I called them the manager told me no he order a croissant with nothing on it. I told him, no he didn't Itold him I hear what he order because I was on the phone w/ him at the time. This isn't the first time they have messed up onour order the other time we caught it before we left and just asked for a refund and went to another burger king. The workersthere are rude and this was my last and final time coming to this burger king they will NOT get another dollar out of me and Ihope the owner sees this and just close this place down. the location isn't great, but the people certainly aren't unfriendly. they seem really tired, at one point they completely... forgot our fries and just silently passed us a container of them. i question if they're just high or overworked. never got anincorrect order, tho, unlike the other local locations. I ordered a whopper junior meal and when I got home to eat it there were two hairs in the burger. I couldn't even eat it.
