Was like 7th car in line at the drive-thru and it took only 3 minutes for my order! Super fast and super good expresso!!!
I just went through drive-through about 20 minutes ago. I knew it was drive-through only, so I expected the wait. I finally get... to the window and the female cashier ringing me up slams MY CARD into the male coworker?s chest and says, ?finish her up Ican?t deal with this chaos. it?s too busy for us all to be taking orders at once? and stomps off. He proceeds with ringing meup. He hands me my munchkins, card, and my coffee?. Then not a single ?have a nice day? or ?sorry about that? Then while I?mdriving I?m like, ?huh this doesn?t taste like pumpkin really? (I ordered the nutty pumpkin) I look at my coffee and it?s not myorder. It?s an original iced coffee with 5cream and 5sugar?.. I know I could?ve looked at it while in the drive-through, but ifthey hadn?t switched mid-customer, causing a scene, this mistake may not have been made! Also, might I add the unprofessionalismhere was really saddening. I hope their employees get the ambition to not only work TOGETHER, but to obtain and sustain bettercustomer service skills. Our drinks were made correctly and quickly the only issue was the kitchen was closed it was in the afternoon so that was kind of... a bummer that no hot items were available. Read more

This DD is located near the exit on Highway 57 and part of Speedway gas station. It is a small one, but has pretty much all... options what you find in an regular DD store. We usually stop at this one for coffee, gas and food. 4 - Location and access.This is a busy intersection and high traffic location. 5 - Food, Coffee and other snacks, 4 - Staff and service. Staff is veryfriendly and efficient. They are sometimes busy due to Gas station traffic. They are very helpful and friendly. Be patience. Itis worth a wait for a good cup of DD coffee. We will keep coming while we visit Locations around here. Read more
