This is my 1st experience with Jimmy John's in a long time and today I know why and it will definitely be my last. I ordered... the #11 & #9 on wheat bread (bread which used to be the long club bread). To my surprise, the bread was sandwich bread. The manwho answered when I called to complain said they used to have the wheat club bread but now only wheat sandwich bread. Heclaimed it said that on the online menu, when someone finds it please share with me because the site I used does not have itlisted. Jimmy John's will never receive another $$ from me and anybody I am around, I will tell them don't give JJs your hardearned money. Looking at the 1st few reviews speaks volumes about their bad service. I could've made a better sandwich at homeat least it would've had more meat than veggies. Very Very dissatisfied. Read more
I will say that thy don't hold up to there name freak fast should say freaky slow tough them 1hr at 10 Mets to deliver 10 blocks... from my work. not the best serice. Read more
I used the app to place a delivery while I was busy and couldn?t call in. So I placed the order and received a call from the... store but couldn?t answer. Then saw my order was canceled. So I ordered again using the app. I checked the time and saw that thestore had about an 60-90mins before they closed and realized they probably couldn?t deliver. I received another call and beingbusy I couldn?t answer. The employee left a voicemail stating that since I couldn?t answer the phone after they called twice hewas voiding my second order without a reason. I could only assume it was because they were closing soon but to me the employeeshould?ve gave me an answer why my orders were being voided. Read more
The Vito does not come with mayo on it so I don?t know why it was added to my sandwich?..what?s worse is I?m allergic?..simple... instructions that can?t be followed are deal breakers for me Read more
The only store within like 20 miles that closes early, seems a little weird. Especially since there's another 2 stores a within... like 5 miles, but they won't deliver to Kankakee. And I see they say they look for places they can deliver to within 5 min... umI've had orders take half an hour consistently so what does 5 min have to do with anything?!?!? Read more
Delivery arrived incomplete and it took an additional hour to get the balance of the order. The unwich was made with rotten... lettuce and was a sloppy inedible mess. Tried submitting a complaint through the website but received no response. Read more

I guess if you like veggies and pay $6.99, this is all the lettuce that they can spare to give you at a quarter to 11am on a... Wednesday. I would rather be told that they didn't have enough lettuce for The Veggie. Very disappointing! Read more
