12-1-2022..20:30 I don?t know what the policy for Taco Bell but I?m pretty sure it?s not for the employees to be standing around... complaining and cussing about others especially loud enough for customers to hear. The food was cold as ice the beans tastedlike dried paste and then telling customers it?s gonna be a 30-40 min wait when there was literally no one there isunacceptable. The attitude and lack of professionalism and customer service was beyond unacceptable and judging by other reviewsthis seems to be an ongoing problem. I don?t who the girls where that was working tonight but they obviously don?t to care fortheir job too much. Customers there in the dining room before I got there had been waiting for at least half an hour for theirorder. Oh and closing the dining room almost more than an hour early is ridiculous I will be making a phone call to corporateoffice? Read more

I am absolutely disgusted and infuriated on how I was treated tonight. First we had been waiting for at least an hour for our... food, and they were out of almost everything. They didn?t tell us when we ordered and paid that they were out of all softshelled items, and more. Someone screamed it from the back kitchen. They substituted everything in all of my friends orders, anddidn?t tell us. They said they didn?t have any soft shells but it appeared that was a lie, not only did I get my soft shellburrito but I also got metal in it. It looked like a metal nut and I spit it out and went to the counter, the woman I talked tosnatched it away and seemed high. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one around, they must have been having ameeting, we asked for a refund and the lady accused me of putting the metal nut in my own food, and said that she called hermanager and counted the bolts and that they were all there. She was very nasty to me and rude for no reason. They didn?tapologize and the lady said that ? i really don?t care? so please get better workers and don?t eat and this Taco Bell. Read more

Ordered on the app to pick up while driving through. When we got there, there was no one inside. After I used their bathroom and... came back out, one employee was coming out from their back area and putting gloves on. I told them I had a mobile order and theystarted to make it. When I got my order, both food items were wrong, they were both missing add-ons I paid extra for. Won't becoming back to this one :( Read more

Had a problem with my food and I asked the manager if she felt that the burrito was acceptable. Her answer was yes. It was just... thrown together. Not correctly made at all. As I waited for the manager, I observed the staff and the guy at the drive thewindow was making disparaging remarks about the person he was taking the order from. Obviously some of this staff, does not seemhappy with their jobs. I am sure it's not always like this, at least I hope! However I will never use this Taco Bell again.Gives the chain a Bad Name! Absolutely poor customer service. I walk in and there is one person in front of me, getting a door dash order. A lady walks in... after me and sits down. The guy gets his door dash and the woman behind the counter did not even acknowledge me, left frombehind the counter, goes to sit in the booth with the woman that came in after me and proceeds to look at something on herphone. I stand there for a couple minutes, still no acknowledgment from ANYONE, AS IF I was totally invisible, so I walked out. Ridiculous... at least say I'll be with you in a moment or SOMETHING. We walked in planning to dine in. One staff member said "someone will be with you in a minute" at which my reply was "ok." They... were busy with the drive thru orders. So we waited and waited and waited. Then we tried to place our order ourselves themachine. Couldn't figure out how to do it. There is no "quanity " button. So we waited some more and I started getting miffed sowe just walked out with nothing. It would be nice if you had keto friendly taco shells. They'd be made with almond flour. Read more

I don?t trust any restaurant that thinks it?s okay and safe to serve food that is hours old. They gave me refried beans that... were dried out, chalky, and absolutely horrid. It was pretty obvious they were sitting out for hours. Cmon y?all, with today?sfood prices, please at least make sure it is cooked according to the standards in place. Completely ruined my meal. They weren?tbusy at all, and I would?ve waited an extra few minutes for fresh food had they asked. If I end up sick, I will be calling thehealth department. Do better! Read more

We order our food. Afterwards my wife was informed that that choice was no longer available. My wife order Diet Pepsi. I went to... get it from the fountain machine. There was no syrup!! I informed them. My wife went to try it again. Still no syrup!! When wegot ready to leave, my wife asked if we could get a refund, to witch she replied no you have to make a different choice!!
