I have been here twice now. This is my 1st experience with WingStop. Once you order, you wait a bit for your food. But it is all... fresh! The food quality is great! The staff both times have been so pleasant and welcoming. Definitely the best place in townfor wings. Read more
They NEVER answer the phone to take orders. The online ordering is ALWAYS disabled. What's the point of having a restaurant or... business if your employees dont want to work so they refuse to take business. Read more

Not bad, not great. Like others have said about loads of different places in the area, I've had much better elsewhere. I don't... know if it's an issue with suppliers or what, but there's far better places to get wings in town. The staff I dealt with wasfriendly and the wait wasn't bad for a walk-in order. I don't mind the easygoing atmosphere, but I can see how some might betaken aback at the employees poking fun at each other (in good fun) while making their orders. Personally, I didn't mind andfound it endearing. Short story long, not much reason to go here when you can get Buffalo Wild Wings, or something. Prices arepretty close together, but BWW has better quality and better selection. Read more
I?ve ordered 3 times from the Kankakee location and all 3 times have been great experiences. The first time I ordered the wait... time was a little longer than expected but I figured with them just opening it would happen. The second time I called in andordered 200 wings with a couple of hours notice and they were able to come through for me. They even helped me bring my order tomy truck. The 3rd time I ordered was just as awesome. All 3 times they said they would call me when my order was ready and theydid. They were super nice when I went in and when I called and placed my order. New management! New friendly staff! Clean restaurant and hot fresh food. Definitely my favorite wing place now.
