I ordered dinner online with well over an hour before my pick up time leaving them plenty to get my order correct. To say I am... disappointed would be accurate. I paid for 3 combo upgrades of which I only received 1. Where are my chips? Further more, Icustomized my sandwiches and it was disregarded. I don?t know about the rest of you, but I have a child that will refuse herbread if it tastes and is made moist by pickle juice. My order clearly stated no pickle and I can?t just let her have chips fordinner as there aren?t any. While I understand chips in the bag is to prevent theft, it prevented me from my correct order. Whywould they put one bag and not the other two? That?s not even lazy, it?s just stupid. They also neglected to have my drinks andjust stared when I asked for them. Used to love firehouse. Just spent $32 and it?s pure nasty. They have changed the bread to a much denser type and then it?s... stale when you get it. I?ll never come back!! If it wasn?t such a drive I?d return it because I?m sorry, $32 is a lot of $ tojust throw away. Read more
Making a sandwich should be one of the easiest jobs yet somehow every time order a $50+ order from here they some how manage to... not make a single sub correctly. And I have to proceed to come home and remake my sandwich which is absolutely ridiculous whenit?s already a ridiculously priced sandwich. 10/10 do not recommend coming to this location ever. Went in to get a free birthday sub and I showed the girl the reward on the app and then she told me my total and said it didn?t... work. She was extremely rude and didn?t offer any other option than paying for it. Read more
It was terrible. 5 people working and the store is a disaster. The restrooms were filthy. All the the tables were dirty. ... The drink machine was horrible dirty. Even the windows need cleaning. There were 4 black kids working and one white girlworking and she was loud and constantly saying she was the best worker and even using the "F" word one time. I am not sure whoowns this store but they need to make an appearance and CLEAN HOUSE including firing all of the employees. Read more
Not a good experience. Lady at the register was not friendly and clearly does not enjoy her job or care about customers. Was... rude and acted like I was bothering her by ordering. I was also the only person there around dinner time which made me a littlenervous about the food. Sub was just okay, stomach hurt after bit maybe it was just a coincidence... won't be going back to thatlocation. Read more
Every table dirty. Every last one had trash or crumbs. Staff was rude the minute I walked in. Took 15 minutes of standing there... for them to come take my order. 4 people cooking. One younger gentlemen muttered " ha, be with you in 30 minutes" as if Icouldn't hear it. The food, well it was delicious. After waiting 20-30 minutes I got my food. 2 medium subs and a Mac andcheese. I ordered online and had to wait about 10mins before my order was ready, but it was peak lunch time so they were busy. Great... service as always. I've never had a problem at this location. The parking lot can get a bit congested though. Read more
