It doesn't make sense how filthy these restaurants are and management turn blind eye just too make a profit. The outside &... inside was dirty throughout; I told my friend that didn't want anything. Trash cans overflowing and the bathrooms foul odor fromurine on the floor,dirty urinals toilets, filthy windows even in drive thru. "I don't understand how the Health department allowthese restaurants to keep operating under these conditions"? What good is the signs posted requiring cleaniness, safetyregulations and etc... Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese got home and wasn't even cooked all the way oh and the manager said they was shutting down... the lobby because they was short staffed that we could order our food but then had to wait outside like who does that. I'llnever go back to this location again Read more
Worst McDonald's in this area. The food is always cold. The service is extremely bad, they have bad additude if you are not the... ethnicity that they are and they will try and over charge you. Be careful at this discusting place!!! Read more
We mostly order through the app because in our head we think that will make it easier for them to get everything right since... it's like right there written out perfectly in front of them, but it's about 50/50 on whether you'll get everything you paidfor. Or if you'll get anything at all. One time we ordered (and paid) through the app because this location was supposed to beopen and they had decided to close way early, and we never got a refund despite contacting them about it. This location absolutely sucks. First thing your greeted with at the drive thru is a pan handler, then while sitting in line no... one knows how to use the double drive thru. Maybe some cone?s would help. You get to finally order and they don?t even listen toyour order because by the time you get it, it?s wrong. Guess I should just keep driving further out of kannapolis. Was told to pull up and wait for my food. 20 minutes later I go in and ask about it. The Manager was very nice and told me he... had new people and they gave my food to someone else. He offered to refund my money and give me my food but since he was sogreat about It I wouldn't let him give me a refund. I told him that I would be happy with just my food.
