The food was cooked well enough, but the service was seriously lacking. The employees were miserable and no one spoke to any of... the customers. There was adequate staff and just a few customers. We asked for ketchup for the fries and were bluntly told bywho looked like the manager ?we?re out? yet the burgers all had ketchup on them. They could have put some in a little cup likethe other condiments but instead made zero effort to care. Then, I very kindly asked for a to go bag and the same woman said?uh huh? then disappeared and never came back out? while I stared at the baggies on a shelf directly behind the counter. Iwaited for about five minutes before anyone even came to the counter. When someone finally did, she just put down food andyelled a name without acknowledging my existence. My mother interjected to ask again and finally got a bag and said ?thank youvery much, have a great evening!? and the girl was suddenly quieter than a mouse and never looked at us. Sheesh, I wasn?texpecting much but wow. I won?t be back. And the taste is like McDs and Five Guys had a baby (though the shake was decent). Read more
Told the lady at the speaker that I?m highly allergic to onions and please make sure that they don?t put any on it please. Well... got my burger out and had onions all over it. Now they won?t answer or pick up and hangs right up. Read more
It's all self service. You order at the kiosk then go sit & they'll call your name or order #. It was very clean inside & the... food was perfect. Fast & friendly service. Just what we were looking for on our way back home from Charlotte. Read more
I took my daughter and 2 grandkids here for lunch. Our total bill was $26, We had 2 kids meals and 2 regular combos. Great... place for an inexpensive lunch or dinner. My burger was surprisingly really good! Read more
During the busy time on Labor Day weekend in this town we found this place open to walk in. It had very fast service and... everything was fresh. Management was friendly even asked how our food was. I was not a fan of the kiosks or the thin fries, butfor a small fry order you get a lot of fries that do fill you up! Would love to stop by again, when passing through! Read more
I do not know if all of these restaurants are just over hyped or maybe its just this one but I don't recommend. If its late and... you need something to not starve it will do but that's about it. Fries are always cold and burgers are mediocre. Shakes earnthem an extra star. Read more
This place needs to shut down. We haven't been to the Kannapolis store in few years. We walked in and the whole cool vibe it... had was now boring. No waitresses, cashier , no games or gum machines. This is because use do everything your self. You usekiosk to do your order which takes forever and you pay on that. Then they call your number and you go pick it up. The burgerswhich I didn't notice until there was a bite left were Grey. We ordered shakes and after 10 min we got them when we were almostfinished with the food. My husband and I barley made it home before we both ran to the bathrooms. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 1 more thing and older couple was having a hard time ordering their shakes. The machine told them it's to late for the halfoff shakes which the time was 2:45. He walked over to the manager and she told him she can't control what the machine tellsyou. So you pay full price. I helped them with the rest of their ordering. He said they will charge for a glass of water. Ishowed him the cups and told him to get one and help yourself to whatever soda or water you want. Went to use the restroom only to find a woman in the men's restroom on her phone. She says restroom closed. Another customer ... proceeds to use it and she turns him away. A few minutes late the employee comes out the restroom kicking trash into thelobby. She proceeds to get a mop and comes back by the second gentleman and ask if he had used the restroom. Funny shedidn't ask the first customer if they needed to use it. Employee was African American and so was second customer. Firstcustomer was white. Racisim is real in 2022. Sadly the same employee walked around the lobby with her call on speaker foreveryone to listen to her as she complains about her job. Read more
