Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm on Saturdays. I'm standing outside the store at 8:30pm and the doors are locked. The people... inside refuse to even look at me as I'm pulling on the door. There's 3 other people standing out here with me watching the 3employees cleaning up and getting ready to leave early. So that's 4 paying customers they are refusing to take care of.Unbelievable... they just don't care!!!!! Read more

I never go out of my way to leave a review but it's definitely necessary here. We've tried to go here three separate times and... they've been closed four hours early every time. Not to mention the one time we did go and they were open, Chucky the managerwas so rude to us. He said when my fiance asked him if he could have a drink he said "I don't know, can you?" Very rudely. We went before 8 pm. Note on the door said closed for the night. It was completely dark and obviously they had cleaned up and... left some time earlier. Not the first time. How do you expect to stay in business when customers can't count you to be openduring posted hours. Read more
Very obvious this location needs an overhaul the employees appear blatantly disgruntled. The young girl was nice enough who... was making my sandwich but judging by her meticulous weighing of every last piece of rotisserie chicken for my sub it was clearmanagement is so focused on everything but treating they're employees with any respect and solely on profits. This thereforein my opinion led to the unwelcomed disgruntled state the employees are in. I felt it was necessary to go into such detail tomake it clear the problem goes deeper then just unhappy employees at this location. Read more
