Evelyn and this subway provided the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. I placed an order online through... Subway.com on 1/23 at approximately 4:00 pm. I tried to call the location to be sure that my order was toasted. I called 4 timesand finally left a voicemail. Nearly an hour passed with no update on my order. I called again and spoke to an employee thatsaid they were not taking DoorDash orders. I explained I ordered through Subway.com and she stated her boss instructed her toclose. I asked to speak to her boss and she said ?he?s right here? then proceeded to hangup on me. I called back twice and wassent to voicemail. I then received a call from the delivery driver that stated they had a sign on their door stating they wereclosed due to staffing shortages. I apologized to her and she stated she?d cancel the order on Door Dash?s side. I proceeded tothen call the location twice with no answer. When I called a third time I left a voicemail. Halfway through my voicemail someonepicked up. I asked for her name and she said ?subway worker.? I expressed my situation and she said ?my boss told us to close?to which I requested to speak with her boss and she said he was not there. I asked how I could contact him or a customer serviceline and she said she could not tell me. I asked how I could get my money back, as it had already been charged, and she said Ishould cancel the order. When I asked how, she said she did not know but would try to cancel it. I asked again what I should doand she said I could come in and see her boss the next day. She went on to state she was off the clock and only answered mycall because I was upset in my voicemail. It's not quick and easy, ordered on the app got the notice it was ready for pickup after 15 mins. Went inside nothing on the... rack, so used the bathroom came out thinking it would be there then, nope. Asked about my order, said they didn't get any veggiedelight sub order, older lady looked in an envelope find the order made my sub. Checked before I left the bread was burn on theend and hard. Just asked for a refund instead. They don't carry red pepper relish. Read more

2 6inch tuna subs, whatever I want on it, under $10. Jimmy johns 2 for $15.59. Jimmy's was skimpy, while my sub was fresh and... got the bread with the cheese. Go subway Read more

First off, the sandwiches were pretty good. My only problem was the people working. They were very nice, but everything didn?t... seem that clean. I saw no one wash their hands, just changing gloves. One gal, was handling money and then just put on gloveswhen she was done; no washing her hands before. I don?t see the point in putting on gloves if you?re going to touch the outsideof the gloves with dirty hands. Another thing, we saw the same girl bringing lids for cups to the front drop a bunch of lids onthe ground, and then pick them up and put them with the rest. Overall the experience was pretty odd, I?d go to a differentsubway next time. Read more

Had a wonderful experience at Subway with my vegan sub. They had all my ingredients (including guacamole!), and the staff was... superb--made my sub very neatly, evenly, and exactly as I requested. Very professional and courteous! Read more

I visited this Subway today as it is my normal Subway that I visit several times a month. I typically get the really nice lady... who works in the morning (she's an African American woman) or the two younger boys. They are always delightful and friendly. Iwas surprised today by the two woman working. They were frazzled and seemed in a rush and very dismissive. They were onlyaccepting cash at the time, which was fine, but were very loud and short about it with customers. When it came time for my subto be made and I had to stop the sandwich maker from adding a sauce I did not request and she also had to be reminded to add theother veggies she hadn't yet. She just, wasn't listening. I was saddened by this trip and will now only return when the otherthree employees are there. I managed a Subway myself in Jacksonville, NC so I know all about the business and really feel thesetwo particular employees could use further customer service training. Customer service was not good...2 girls working that didn't offer much customer service. Asked if we could get meatball sub with... kids meal and it ws a no, apparently there is no substitutions. Okay fine so my kids picked another option for kids mealbecause they wanted the toy all to find out after checking out that they are out of toys and I only know that because I askedwhere their toy was, they never offered to tell me that when I ordered. They just said they ran out, no other customer serviceor effort to make that right. She said they don't charge for the toy with the kids meal. However I could have split the 6in.meal between my two small children and saved money. Let's be honest, kids care about kids meal toys, order more before you runout or tell the parent ordering. WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! They are so slow at everything and when you asked for them to put something on the sub they... barely put like one of something. I know that they have a certain amount that they have to put on the sub but the amounts theyput on there are ridiculous. Every time I was ready to pay the manager kept walking away from the cash register as soon as Itried to hand the money to him. He stuffed all of our sandwiches in one bag ALONG WITH OUR COOKIES. I cant believe that they areso cheap that they couldn't at least use another bag. I looked in my bag and saw one napkin per sub. The service was horrible.There was an older lady working and she was super rude. I will NEVER come back here again. You have definitely lost my business. Read more
