Admittedly, this location seems to have a hard time keeping staff. BUT they have been good about fixing any mistakes, and... treating us well when there aren't any extreme staffing issues. We ordered cheese bites during our last visit which they cameback to our table to inform us that they were out. We ordered mozzarella sticks instead. We ended up still getting charged forthe cheese bites which cost about a dollar more. We didn't notice until after we had paid, so we asked the waiter if we couldget refunded that amount. They offered to give us a discount the next time we came in, and they took our name. Today we came into redeem that discount, but our name wasn't on the list. They still gave us the discount which was way more than anticipated($20). I let them know that it was only a small mistake, so there wasn't a need for that much of a discount, but they gave it tous anyway. Although there were some mistakes and miscommunication, they did have integrity and went out of their way to makethings right. Read more
Went to this location as it was right next to our Hotel and we had a long drive. Walked in and NO ONE talked to us for 5... minutes. Just a fee customers in there. LOTS of dirty tables and the bar had tons of dirty glasses all over it. Thought atfirst they were shorthanded but some of the employees came out. 2 were diligently working, the rest not at all. One had agoody over her head and not all there at all. Bartender could barely focus to take our order. Some random guy in the back wasscrewing around and all were not working at all. The WORST food ever. So expensive too. $22.00 for a steak that was smaller than a Twinkie... so small that 2 shrimp sitting... on top covered the entire area. Then when cutting into it, it barely moved, so tough and full of veins and was barely cookedinside. The salmon was also overcooked and tough. When I called to explain that we were very disappointed they told me I'd haveto come in tomorrow and FILL OUT PAPERWORK to get a refund of my money? Really? I'd recommend avoiding Applebee's altogetherbut ESPECIALLY this location. Read more
My wings were junk. I ordered Buffalo wings . They weren't sauced just a thick Buffalo dip that would hardly spread on like... peanut butter. My wife picked the order up. She asked them to please be sure there was enough dip like ketchup and ranch andnapkins foe our family. The girl rolled her eyes and said it should be there and fine. It did end up in the bag . I went here on a night where unfortunately they only had 2 servers. While waiting for a table my friend and i heard annoying and... entitled comments from people already eating their food. I applaud the staff on their adaptability to handle difficultsituations, since everyone who came in had something to complain about. I just want to remind everyone that servers are stillpeople and they should be treated with respect. Read more
