I'll never score a Burger King with less than 5 stars for any reason. Just remember- some burger kings are very understaffed. Be... polite, be patient especially if you see 2 people in the whole building with both dining room open as well as drive thru. Thetwo people working didn't choose to keep the doors open - they're following orders from their district managers to do it.They're rock stars just for not cussing people for being rude to them. I waited 10 minutes behind 1 car at the speaker, when it was my turn i was told to wait a moment, then waited another 5-10... minutes to be told they had limited options because they were about to close, I asked about French fries and they said yesalbiet very rudely, If I had my order taken 20 minutes sooner, that wouldn't have been an issue. Wasted 20 minutes I could havespent just driving home instead. Read more
Sunday at 3:30 Sunday. Waited 15 minutes in line why the person in front of me talk or argue with the employee. They should have... had her go inside (she should have did that to be honest). After ordering the food from Captain Ds. I drive back by and the ladyis still in the drive thru. I hope to get a response on why this happened. Read more

With employees like these, the food can't be safe. I have never experienced such foolery, even at a fast food place. We were... delivering for Door Dash and they made us wait 40 min for the food while we witnessed (twice) them inside playing around, ontheir phones, outside smoking, making themselves bags of to-go food. And handling the food after all of this without washingtheir hands or wearing gloves. Simple orders they struggled with getting right. There had to be at least 8 cars that ended upleaving because of this. Just a bad look all around. I wouldn't hire these people to clean my shoes let alone work with food andcustomers. Read more
