Food is good, service is good but you have to wait in line for online orders which kind of defeats the whole purpose of having... that option. Plus your food gets cold while you wait in line. Not very convenient. Read more

Very unprofessional, I had an online order and went in to pick it up and they said our order was " stolen " that someone picked... it up already. They proceeded to make our order again. Once I got home and checked it , it was completely wrong !!! We called upthere and the manager has an attitude and was being completely unprofessional. We had to drive all the way back there so theycould remake it , but she told us to get in the back of the line and wait. Once we got up to the line she's started being rude, as if it was our fault they messed up the order. This place has gone down hill. Read more

First Chipotle to not fill a bowl and can actually see the bottom of it. My wife took hers back in as a child's meal would have... been more food than her bowl. Once she went in the employees acted as if they were disgusted and annoyed that they had to remakea bowl. Not the best experience at this location. Read more

Food is good, location is ok. But they?ve gotten my orders wrong too many times. I ordered a hot salsa. They gave me a medium... salsa. I asked for qeso in my bowl, no qeso. Asked for a tortilla on the side. No tortilla. They also got my sisters And mybowls mixed up. I didn?t want tomatoes in my bowl. They gave my corn to my sister who did not want the corn. ??????????? I?ll start with the good things about this location. It?s clean, the food tastes good, and the employees working the cash... register are fairly nice. Now the bad things. Their portions are way smaller than other locations. I order the salad every timeand they never even put enough lettuce in to cover the bottom of the bowl. This last time (pictured) I only got four bites worthof Barbacoa. On top of that it was cold by the time I got home, about 8-10 minutes. This happens the majority of the time I getmy order to go from this location. Which seems strange considering when I get an order to go from the Mission location, which istwice as far from my house, it?s still hot when I get home every time. Chipotle is not an expensive place so it?s reallydisconcerting when you leave one of their locations feeling like you didn?t actually get your moneys worth. Read more
