My husband and I love Freddy's, however, at this particular location we do not receive proper customer service, especially in... the drive-thru. Last night was one of the worst experiences to date! The wait was not a big deal (but we did wait 10 mins whenwe arrived at the window), it was the cashier at the window. My husband and I were both polite said please and thank you. Notonce did the cashier give any type of reply. She pretty much shoved our food at us. I would have ignored that but afterchecking the bag and realizing that we were given the wrong order, I then became a very unhappy customer! My husband wentinside (he wasn't very nice about it) and let the employee know that they were rude, gave us the wrong order. Another employeethen said, "she is sick sir". My husband replied that if she is that sick to where she can't properly do her job, then sheshouldn't be at work! My husband came back with the correct order and said that the food that were given belonged to thegentleman behind us and that he is waiting for his food. We both decided that this was our last time visiting this particularFreddy's! This particular cashier that worked the drive-thru, is always rude whenever we go there. No customer service skills! As for the manager or shift lead, whichever was on duty last night, how dare you keep an employee at work who is sick! Nogloves, no mask, you're just to blame! I don't care how short staffed you are, you should have sent her home! As a FOH managerat a restaurant at the Legend's, I am highly disappointed in both the staff and management. Food's fine. Staff is good too with one exception. One of the individuals dispatching orders was comically and stereotypically... rude. This was on several occasions so it's not just a one-off having a bad night. It was so ridiculous we were laughing, likeis this girl for real. Compare their behavior to countless other drive thru operators who likely also experience having baddays (like literally every other person in the world does from time to time) but still manage to do their jobs with dignity, andare not rude to people just because they can be. Messed up my order, not once but TWICE. Ordered a double cheeseburger, 2 large fries, and 2 concretes. The first time, we got... our concretes and 2 orders of onion rings. I wasn't worried about it, I just let her know. She swapped it out, and I went on myway. Check the bag and it's a plain burger with mustard and two medium fries. Rude to customers, female taking my order acted as she was in a rush, as if I was bothering her, man at the window rattled of my... ordered again as if I was bothering him and started scratching his head while holding my debit card, ordered onion rings but gotfries, both straws were broken, no ketchup or pickle on the burgers. This was our first time trying Freddy's. Food was good. Wish we had known you could delay the frozen custard in your order -... thought the cashier should have suggested that. Mine was already melting when they served it so had to eat it before my food. Read more

Freddy?s drink and food prices are outrageous! Diners beware. Here is a photo of a Freddy?s small drink. (It is less than... 10oz.) It was $1.99!!!! A single pattie hamburger with bacon, but with no bun, was $5.39! (The empty cup in the photo is aregular 12oz solo cup for comparison.) We are NOT ever dining there again. Read more
