We loved the lasagna! The marinara sauce is wonderful as well. We also had a sausage roll which was good. The meatball sub was... not great. The flavor was off and more chemical than fresh. Exploring KCK today with my senior parents, Italian Delight was the perfect place for lunch. Parking was close. Noticing that we... (mostly me, the middle aged kid) seemed to be having trouble reading the menu behind the counter, one of the employees offeredus a paper menu so that we could sit at a table and peruse at our convenience. Mom and I had pizza by the slice with pick yourown toppings. Perfect pizza! Thin crust that was crispy but also chewy. Dad said that his meatball sandwich was great,especially the bread. It was great. After losing the one in Mission. The food and service was great. Lasagna and the meatballs were perfect.
This is the best pizza we have found close to us. We have had their pasta, bread, garlic knots, several different styles of... pizza. It is absolutely wonderful, all of it. I also love they give a military discount. The staff is so friendly. It reminds meof a local Italian restaurant from home where my family would go every Friday night for dinner. Read more
So this place has been staple around the KC area for decades. We used to frequent the one in Mission, KS and we're sad to see it... go. The food here is the same great quality and they are super friendly and clean. The atmosphere is cafeteria style but don'tlet that dissuade from some great homemade Italian dishes. Read more
