So we stopped after an excursion with some family members and decided to treat a birthday meal. The birthday girl chose seafood,... specifically Krab Kingz because it was close and looked good. We entered the restaurant and asked if we could scoot a table or 2together to accommodate our party of 7. We were told NO, we don't allow tables moved as they get broken. We were then told"besides, we don't allow large parties". The man that stated this promply turned and walked into the kitchen. I haven't been to Krab Kingz in about 3 years, with the last time being at the location on Broadway. Took my son here for his... 12th birthday (his choice) and he loved every bit of it!!! The food was HOT & DELICIOUS ???? & trust me when I say that itwon't be another 3 years before I go back, because the food AND customer service was PHENOMENAL!!! Food here is delicious, the sides less so but the main dish is wonderful. Fried or boiled I have not been disappointed. Fried... seems to be a better deal portion wise but skimp on fries a little bit. Sides leave something to be desired, but I assume theyjust scoop from a tub. Customer service 3 out of the 5 times I have been there, have not been the greatest. One of the time thewoman ended up yelling at a guy at the counter because he was here for a pick up, waiting in the pick up line but never told herhe was there for a pick up? Probably just over stressed. Good food though, worth it. If you have to choose between this andFish House down the street. Go with Krab Kingz, pay a little more for actually good food. Read more
It was ok I guess. Our crabs kinda tasted old & cold ,but the shrimp, sausage and the sauce I ordered was really good.
