Went through the drive thru to get late dinner. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries and chicken nuggets and 2 drinks. Waited 24... minutes for our food, ask for a manager and the young lady in the picture came to the window with an attitude and when asked forher name she said to take a picture it'd last longer. Slammed the window shut and walked off. So here's her picture. Complaintalready made to their 1800 number. There was no need for the attitude from her when asked a simple question of why it was takingso long when 7 cars after us got their orders and were able to leave. Read more

They constantly mess up my order then play stupid even though you have proof they messed up. If u go make sure to check... EVERYTHING. Otherwise you?ll get f?d over somehow. Oh and the picture is of a tea I got along with cold fries and nuggets when Iasked for a Dr Pepper with warm food, insisted it was warm and once again was disappointed. I?m never going here again. I went on blackout time cash only. The burger was made very well with no onions but fries where cold and hard. My guess they did... not expect someone to show up during that down time. (2 am) I think 95% of the people would happily wait 3-5 mins for a smallround of fresh fries on a meal. (I would wait 15 min for fresh fries) Read more
I couldn?t do the survey because my receipt didn?t have all the necessary info(ink low). My experience was horrible! I came... through the drive through this morning around 6am and ordered two big breakfasts. I wanted to add cheese to the eggs, thecashier told me they couldn?t do it, but I?ve ordered my eggs like this before. Instead of getting scrambled eggs, I got theflat eggs that go on the breakfast sandwiches. The cashier didn?t greet us upon arrival to the window or didn?t say thank youwhen we left. The girl was quick to slam the window and walk away. They have horrible customer service and speed of service isalways slow. When you dine in, they ignore you, wanting you to use the kiosk. Chicken Nuggets was not done and I pacifically told them to make sure the Chicken Nuggets were done. In fact I told 2 workers.... The Fries were cold. Only the Hamburgers were good. Read more
I simply asked for a simple meal and the the dude at at the window was being super rude (his name tag said martin and he wears... glasses) not only did he give the wrong order but then proceeded to blame it on me and cuss me out.
