Who else got food poisoning after eating here the night of 23 Oct 22? This was the last McDonalds in the area I could rely on... but now they're playing games like the rest. They ignored the drive through until the line wrapped around the building. I wasincredibly polite despite the delays but received straight attitude in response (from the cashier, the woman who gave me my foodwas awesome). When I sat down at home to eat, my burgers were smeared on the outside of the bun with catsup, the chicken nuggetswere dumped into the bottom of the bag, and now I'm chugging Pepto. I am done with the entire McDonalds franchise. Read more
Mobile order #1676 my co worker ordered today was absolutely disgusting. Cooked some kinda paper into our burger and he ate it.... Now they won't answer their phones to discuss the matter. Can't believe this made it through the entire line from cooking todressing the quarter pounder to wrapping it. Read more
Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle no mustard and apparently that was just too hard for them. I... noticed the receipt didn?t reflect that they needed to be left off at the second window and a woman told me to park so I did. Noone came out for about 10 minutes so I went inside and explained what happened. They said it comes with everything and that wastheir answer. As if nothing could be done. Pretty incompetent staff at this location. I work in the area so it was convenient tostop in but I?ll never be back. They thought my frustration was amusing as I walked out. This specific McDonald?s on state Line in Kansas is literally the WORSE one . I do not like this McDonald?s. They are terrible .... Food is never fresh when I go to lunch at 10:30pm . They always give people warmed up or left over food and never answer thephone . And when you go through the line , the lady is always saying . Can you hold one moment please ?, why ?
