I went in one day and a little chaos but the employees I dealt with were nice. The man at the drive thru in the day was handing... a customer her fries with his hands on top of them, after she seen that she didn't want them so she gave them back and droveoff. After that I asked why he didn't have any gloves on handing people food with his bare hands through the window, I was toldthat he also eats out of people's bags before he gives them their food through the window. I went to go get some food today, andthey still had him at the drive-thru window but, someone else has fixed my food and placed my order on the counter and he justhanded it which was better but, they still shouldn't have him at the drive-thru window. One of many locations that I?ll never want to visit again not enough space to dine in have to wait for open seats.
Lady taking orders in the drive through was inpatient and rude. No other cars in the drive threw. Ordered 3 fries, nuggets, and... a coke. Got home and no fries in the bag. After reading the reviews I see why they had no customers. Read more
They put onions on a sandwich and didn't give us our sauce for nuggets and paid for a large fry they filled it up like a medium.... So done with McDonald's if you live in wyandotte you never get what you pay for. This is like the 10 time I have paid for foodfrom them and never get my orders right I'm done with McDonald's. You wouldn't expect it in downtown KCK, but this is literally the best McDonald's I visit. Customer service on point, quick, and... accurate. Always fresh hit fries to boot! Read more

Im honestly fed up with this location, every time we order from here something is always missing or our order is wrong.
