This has to be the worst Panera in the Kansas City area. The past few times we have stopped in for dinner, they are out of all... bread and bread bowls. I would expect this if we stopped in at closing but it?s 4:30 in the afternoon. Read more
Nice place and nice atmosphere especially raining day
I would give no stars if I could. The phrase you talk we listen is a bunch of bull. They sent me a a free sip for a month and I... would get charged next month. Well I was charged for the first month. When I called customer service and talk to Matt he said itwas only for new people and apologized that I got it but said he couldn't refund me. So in my eyes you stoled my money because Ididn't authorize it until 10/28 to be taken out. And when I asked to talk to somebody else Matt would not transfer me. Thecustomer service is fake.
