This has to be the worst Panera in the Kansas City area. The past few times we have stopped in for dinner, they are out of all... bread and bread bowls. I would expect this if we stopped in at closing but it?s 4:30 in the afternoon. Read more

I would give no stars if I could. The phrase you talk we listen is a bunch of bull. They sent me a a free sip for a month and I... would get charged next month. Well I was charged for the first month. When I called customer service and talk to Matt he said itwas only for new people and apologized that I got it but said he couldn't refund me. So in my eyes you stoled my money because Ididn't authorize it until 10/28 to be taken out. And when I asked to talk to somebody else Matt would not transfer me. Thecustomer service is fake. I thought that the Mission location was terrible, with the exception of 1 or 2 workers at the Legends, this location is also... terrible. They, just like the Mission location NEVER read the customizations and it's very hard to leave a tip when your orderis NEVER right!! And again The Sip club is the way to go!! Read more
Great food and service was good but it took way too long to get our food. By the time we got it, I had about 5 minutes to eat... before I had to leave for work. It was for dine in but ended up being carry out. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't forthat! Read more
The dining area made for a nice eating experience. The area was clean of all trash and messes. However, the men's restroom looks... as if it is cleaned once a week to once a month. There is just no way of knowing. Read more
