Only reason we go here is because my wife likes their ham and onion pizza. Otherwise the pizza, the FRESH pizza, is no better... than 2 day old reheated pizza. Pizza Hut used to be like this but now they're amazing and Papa Johns is horrible. Read more

I've ordered thousands of pizzas. And hundreds from Papa John's, inconsistent pizza. One time it's perfect and delicious the... next is sloppy and disgusting. How hard is it to follow a recipe? Plus charge high delivery charge and u still need to tip. Read more
So I just ordered a pizza for delivery from this papa John's, typically my food it at least decent, but not only was my pizza... ice cold, it took twice as long to get as predicted, then after getting the unsatisfactory pizza I tried to call the store tofile a complaint and sat on hold for 20 minutes and eventually had to contact corporate to speak to someone, needless to say I'mhighly disappointed. Waited over half an hour past the estimated delivery time. The cinnamon pull a parts were over cooked. The Pizza was over... cooked. I could have fed my entire family at cicis Pizza and got better pizza. It was very disappointing considering the amountof money we spent. Pizza barely had any sauce. Read more
We ordered pizza tonight for delivery. We found out that at times they are having to utilize Door Dash to complete deliveries... as staffing with lots of food service places is scarce. Our original expected delivery was 20-30 minutes from the time weplaced the order in the app. When it got to be an hour past our expected delivery we called the store and asked about theorder. That was when we found out it was being completed by a Door Dash delivery driver and not an employee of PapaJohn?s. The employee that took our call offered to remake the order and have it delivered. Then miraculously, not even 5minutes after we contacted the store our original order arrived, lukewarm as of it had been in the car a while. We contactedthe store again to tell them the original had just arrived. Yet the store had already prepared a replacement order and itarrived at our place maybe 10 minutes later. While we were initially unhappy with the 1 1/2 hour wait to receive our order. The fact that the replacement order prepared and was delivered hot and fresh and in timely manner is why we continue to be loyalto Papa John?s and this specific location.
