I really wish pizza Hut would go back to the way they made pan pizza in the beginning. That was the best! Also. I ordered pizza... delivered to my hospitals room and the driver called me to come to the main entrance to pick it up. He didn't earn his tip. Read more
K, what we liked about this place is that the pizza was good and as you'd expect from a Pizza Hut. And the pick up was simple:... the lady was polite, the pizza was ready on time (you hear that Dominos? Shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for a pizza) and simpleenough transaction (no pandering for tips). If we want a gourmet pizza, we'll go to a gourmet pizza place. If we want a good,hot, easy to obtain and take home pizza, we're coming back to this Hut. Read more
Unfortunately I never received my pizza at all. I literally ordered last week and had no issue. Decided to order again (I know.... The calories, but whatever) and this time never received anything. I never got a call or anything about my order. I would havegreatly appreciated a call. The tracker said my order is being made, but nada zilch. Friendly manager who was happy to help even though coupon wasn't working through the app. Food served fresh. No items missing... and both the bread sticks & pizza were piping hot! I ordered pizza a lil burnt and it came out nicely we'll done. Especiallyimpressed the slice I had in the fridge was crunchy cold. Definitely made me want to return 2 days later. Worst pasta ever! Over half was dried out and crispy. The two servings were sliding around, uncovered, in a large pizza box with... cold bread sticks and sauce. Staff stated that this store is closing so they are low on supplies. New location south of 43rd onRainbow will be worse. Less parking and worse access for delivery drivers. I will never buy pizza at this Pizza Hut again. As you can see by the picture, they drowned the pizza with excessive amounts of... sauce. I ended up giving it to a homeless person who was more than happy to take it. He didn't care that it was swamped withsauce. Read more
