Its a alright stop i wish i could rate it higher but every time i go atleast half of the stuff i order just tastes awful or is a... bad consistancy. Ordered some mozzerella sticks that came out stuck together and hard as a rock. Overly greased burger thattastes somehow old and new as if just reheated. Honestly tried to give em chances on food but its just bad. They can make a gooddrink though as long as you dont care about the size since they mix up that alot as well ordered a rt 44 got a medium. Orderedno ice got ice. Thats all i got to say on them stop here if you want but they do have issues. Read more
Are tips not appreciated? I always make sure to include a tip when I place my order with the app, that?ll stop after today. When... I have to say ?thank you? twice because the car hop just stands and glares at me as he hands me my drinks (that are completelycovered in ice cream) without ever saying a word, I find that unacceptable - there is absolutely no reason to be so rude to anycustomer for any reason. This location has continued to go downhill! The lady that answered when I pushed the button had a horrible attitude the moment... she spoke and had the nerve to tell me I had an attitude when I responded to hers. She told me to leave, she cursed me andrefused to give me her name or a manager. I've never experienced such blatant nastiness as a customer. It absolutely shouldn'tbe tolerated by management and I hope she wasn't the manager, the way she was so disrespectful and unprofessional. Read more

If I could give a negative star review... I definitely would, -5. Ordered some corn dogs due to them being on sale. One of them... was burnt so I hit the button to tell them it was nasty looking.... well holy moly, I did NOT expect such a negative responsefrom the "manager". At one point during her attitude after telling me "I'm not welcome" she said I should just deal with itbecause it's only $0.50. Ummmm I'm sorry, I understand that they are on sale today but that doesn't mean you give out nastyproducts. I called the 866 number and they offered me 2 free drinks, with purchase and expires in 30 days (if I download theapp). I don't want free drinks, just don't want crazy attitude and bad product. This particular sonic is a hit or miss. I say that fondly though because quite honestly the staff is composed of some really... great people who try very very hard. At times the wait times are pretty long which is why I gave a 4 star instead of 5. However,I still choose to visit this sonic each day because the employees try so hard and they are so friendly. They even know my truckand my order and always do their best. And that's all we can expect from anyone.? Read more
Sometimes the service is a little slow. Great staff. Great hot food.
