Usually this location does a decent job. 75% of the time, I order ahead one my phone and send my husband to pick it up.... Sometimes things could have been better from them... Yesterday, was the worst and has me considering not going back. My husbandsub was so messy and smothered horribly with the sweet onion teriyaki. My wrap was drenched in the new version of Subwayvinaigrette, along with not cut in half then poorly wrapped. Made it to where it was like a vinaigrette soup and messier thanany sloppy joe I had growing up; I had to tear it open and pick at it like a child because vinaigrette soup didn't hold well ina tortilla!!!! I previously rated this place a 4 star. I visited this location yesterday there was two employees working. One lady was in the... back she has been there every time I come in. And a young man was at the counter. He was obviously new and was not very quick. Ididn't have any issues with him or his pace. I told him I was ordering 5 sandwiches he asked the lady in back for help. Shecame out slamming things around complaining she won't get anything done. This was about an hour and 15 minutes before closing.She turned off the outside lights. While she put on gloves I apologized for the order. She said that's fine I didn't want towork all night and I got things to do. And then she asked me can you just go somewhere else. I said ok. So I left the family of3 that was in front of me heard the entire conversation. They was shocked. So was I. Don't know if she was having a bad day. Orwhat they was also out of several items. I previously gave this subway a one star rating and swore that I would never go back. I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. New... Owners. New Staff. The restaurant has been remodeled and looks great. The ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches are puttogether by staff who care. My new go-to menu item is the Philly. Instead of bell peppers I get banana peppers. Perfection. Read more

I walked in with a large order on a Sunday evening, and the store was quite busy. I only ever saw one worker who seemed to... manage quite well. They only had white and wheat but she did her best. Store was clean for being so busy and it being just her.She was brisk but professionally polite, with a full store I was amazed to see how quickly she kept the line moving.
