My wife and I love taco bell, haven't had many issues out of the taco bell in the legends however tonight was quite a shock and... disappointment. We ordered two deluxe boxes and a regular box. The regular box was fine however my box was missing the supremesoft taco. My wife was missing her chicken chalupa (yes we paid extra) and we also ordered the truff fries which was completelymade wrong. We ordered it without tomatoes and with steak, instead we got hamburger meat and tomatoes. We order without tomatoesfor my wife due to her allergies and that was completely ignored. Dined inside & used the kiosk to order our lunch. The food was fresh & the staff, although sparse, was friendly. The food was... made to order, just as we liked. All items were correctly made & piping hot. Love going to the Legends Taco Bell to get my TBfix. Read more
Took thirty five mina to get through the line at 10:15, thought there was only one person working which would have been fine... however there were multiple people working. Got the order wrong for both cars in front of me. Asked for no meat on the tacos andthey really scrapped the meat off two tacos and called it good. Wasn?t even able to eat my (unsanitary) order. I was so excited to eat here, however when my group of 11 came in we were treated very poorly. I understand we are a large group... but there was nobody else here. When we wanted to order, an employee demanded we use the kiosk instead of her taking our order.While we were trying to figure out the kiosk, all the employees were standing around on their phones. If you want a table spoon of beef per taco order away. Manager very polite but no solution was offered. They admit they got a... smaller ?scoop? and have raised the prices while lowering portions. Also you get ?one pinch of cheese? and ?two pinches oflettuce?. Will not be back! Every taco was like this. Read more

Unfortunately had to spend 20 minutes in the drive through. The reason for 5 stars is because the time spent there was due to... the incredibly rude customer in front of me refusing to exit the line not anything to do with the employees or service. Customerwas trying everything to get free food and insult the worker at the window but the employee/manager handled everything reallyprofessionally and once the rude customer finally left was very apologetic. Tbell employees do not make enough to put up withscammers and I am impressed with how they handled this one. My food was hot and exactly as ordered when I was able to make it tothe window. Read more
