Is it too much to ask for NO CHEESE? Every time I got through here I get a soft taco with no cheese and you guys can?t follow... through. Then I try to go inside to get it corrected, keep in mind the drive through is long as heck, and the doors are locked.Terrible service. Do better! Read more

I have yet to have an unpleasant experience here. The staff has always been polite and professional. I have been pleased with... every order I have gotten here. I know how difficult fast food service can be and in my experience, I think this store handlesit well! Read more

I asked for no spicy ranch on a cheese quesadilla for my 4 yr old. Not only did they SATURATE it in spicy ranch, they charged me... for extra spicy ranch. I also ordered 2 beef and bean burritos. I got 2 burritos FULL of beans and barely any beef. The freezeswere ok though.??????? Read more

Very terrible service. The light on the Menu board in the drive through is broken, so they look closed. Unless you know exactly... what you want to order you can?t see the menu. Waited for 10 minutes for my order, got home and realized that half my order wasmissing. Have 4 year old twins, so they were crying wondering why Dad didn?t get them any food. They owe me gas money foreal. Read more

The worst Tacobell in the city, LITERALLY! They hire nothing but ghetto people And are too lazy to stay open at the normal... Hours that every other restaurant stays open. Also the food is usually low quality And the workers have an attitude I wish theywill just fire everybody and hire better management Read more

08/22/22 Approximately 5:40 pm 7337 State Ave, KCKS This location has some major issues. DO NOT PLAN TO dine in or place an... online order. You will be wasting your valuable time. I placed an online order for an in-store pickup and their doors werelocked. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to be meant with confusion. My online order wasn't ready, they ran out ofingredients, and had no clue of what I ordered and PAID for due to their "System" being down. I'm not angry, just intrigued. SoI told them to keep the $20.35 and drove off without receiving my order. Hopefully, that money can go towards fixing what'sbroken. Read more

I?ve had mainly pleasant drive-thru experiences here, but tonight (7/27) was a new one. After cruising by a slow-moving line... around 10:30, we decided to return around midnight. When we pulled up to the drive thru we were told they were ?doing shiftchange? and it would take ?30-40 minutes?. I was under the impression this location closes at 1am, so a ?shift change? makesabsolutely no sense. If you?re trying to ward off guests so you can do who knows what for 30 mins, just flip off the OPEN sign,bro. Read more
