The girl at the window couldn't get the order right to start with and then when we pulled up, she proceeded to argue with us and... tell us we only ordered hamburgers and I had to pay extra for the fries. Paying 30+ dollars for two combo meals. But also, notonly did the girl at the window argue with us, but the manager came over as well and started arguing with us and when we askedfor a receipt, said "If I can't find it, I'm going to stop looking". So we continued to ask for the receipt, which then devolvedinto the manager screaming at us thru the drive thru window. I'm tired of spending money and because of poor plane inside they don't have fresh food and either don't hand the fresh food to... me and then tell me that they'll bring the rest to me they just hold it all in there and the rest of it turns cold or I guesssomething like that. There's also been times when I needed to move fast through the line and the people were taking their timeand joking and talking and doing things and not moving my order forward and then I would see those same people who were talkingand doing things finally start working on my order. Which caused some problems with my spouse because I needed to be somewhereat a certain time. When pulled up, man taking order was rushing us. It was quite. No other cars in parking lot. Got home caesar parmesan salad... wasn't even cold (it should be nice and cold, heck it is a salad. Then while eating came across old brown lettuce & butt end astock. I don't was to see that in my salad I just paid $8.99 for it. Plus no spray was in our bag for our drink. Disappointedagain. Went based on their new hot and crispy fries commercials. Got fries, Buffalo nuggets and a cheese burger. Not a big fan of fast... food anyway and haven't eaten Wendy's in probably a decade. Never again. Everything was bad. Ended up throwing most of it away.My ???? were luke warm and limp. Didn't bother to complain because I had no interest in them replacing my meal. Read more
Stopped in for lunch today around 4pm...Lobby was closed..Waited about 3 minutes at speaker before anyone answered, and approx... 10 mins for order.. Recieved wrong order.. no sauce for nuggets. No receipt. Drive thru person didn't know my order.. Burgerwas cold, (cheese wasn't even melted) and nuggets look like they were chewed on. Read more
Good Wendy?s. Good service, but the floor was very sticky and it did not smell good. Perhaps the mop head needs replaced. I?ll... return through the drive-through. Great salad! Update 9/13/18: very clean in and out. Smells great, same great service. Greatsalad again. Read more
