Truly one of the best burgers I have ever had to be honest. The quality of meat, presentation and receiving exactly what I order... was priceless. (We ordered the avocado bacon burger and the bacon cheeseburger with fries combo.) My first time going and I planto return. Read more

Well. It's pretty good...is it earth shattering...no! The lines are pretty long for drive thru, & the fries & burger comparable... to Jack In The Box! Everything was hot & fresh! It's something to try...but not wait for hours! This is also owned by #KcChiefsQB Patrick Mahomes! I'd wait 10 minutes for this...not any longer! The staff was friendly...but apparently were messing uporders! Several people walked in, needing something fixed, from drive thru! Definitely having some growing pains! Update! Foodwas better! The bacon Avocado burger was good, & walked Away full! Banana shake was also good! Still think it's 3.7 rating atbest! Read more

Shondra did an amazing job. It was packed and very popular. She was so kind and apologized for the wait but everyone was... excited to get the food so we didn't mind the wait. She helped us with other questions too. We really appreciated her. Food wasgreat and had a great time. Read more

I love Patrick Mahomes and he loves and owns this Whataburger. I love my wife and she loves all Whataburgers. So I went with... high hopes. We dined in, which is far quicker than the drive-thru. Our server at the counter was super friendly and got ourorder right with no problem. It was a bit down hill from there. I got my food and the onion rings were wet and falling apart. Itook a bite of my jalapeño cheeseburger and found one maybe two jalapeños on a dry overcooked patty. The bun was dry and toughand overall it was inedible. In a move I rarely make, I found the manager and had everything replaced with fresh. The onionrings were hot and crispy on the outside but inside they?re very wet and taste more of grease than onion. The burger was a bitbetter with more jalapeños, but overall over cooked and the bun was still stale, the kind of bun that breaks down into pieceswhen you hold it. I guess ultimately, for me, Whataburger is a lesser version of Sonic. Similar offerings and flavors, just notexecuted very well. I think a lot of the hype with Whataburger is mostly nostalgia or being a Texas transplant. Based on thequality of the food and nothing else, it?s not very good. Read more

I don?t typically run out and try the new restaurants during opening week, but gave it a shot. We arrived around 8:45 pm and... there was a long line at the drive-thru, so we went in. It only took about 15 minutes from when we ordered to getting ourfood. One of the coolest features of the inside is the Patrick Mahomes autographed jersey handing up in the glass display case. The kids loved it, as you can see it was game worn. The had all registers open plus people using iPads. They give you a plastictable number and when your food is ready, they bring it out to you. Reminded me of a place I visited as a kid. Of course it?snew, but staff was friendly. Food was great. We paid $9.99 for the bacon cheeseburger meal and it was worth it. The food isdefinitely different from other fast food establishments and everything was fresh. The cheeseburger had good flavor and thebacon was a great touch. Bulky onions on the sandwich, which I can do without. The strawberry shakes are better than the goldenarch place. Our order was missing an apple juice from a kids meal and they ran out to us in the parking lot, definitely goingthe extra mile. Worth the wait and worth the price! Read more
