Store is not open till 1030 as advertised, closed at 8:00?. In response- had this been the first or even second occurrence, I... get your side and can see how you would suggest that as a solution (I probably would as the owner myself) now send you got thisreview fairly quick, couple hours would you say? Like I mentioned, this has been a long term issue, if it?s cost (I get it),staging(also get it) I?m not contesting any reason why the restaurant shuts down before the time listed online. Maybe you couldsend an email to the person in charge of updating those time explaining your case and justify why you want to close early. I?mnot asking why and you don?t need to tell anyone outside that conversation with Arby?s corporate office why your closing earlyon Sundays. But they could then update the times, in turn saving me time and knowing that when we want to grab Arby?s, the hoursare?. So why don't you guys just close this location if you can't open what is the point of opening from 11:00 to 5:00 everyday?... Seriously and the only signage you have is some little bitty note on the drive-thru speaker so you have to wait in line tillit's your turn to get up to the speaker to find out you waited for nothing? I get it I'm in Industry as well but I alsounderstand the importance of customers Trust. I know I'm not going to waste my time yet again to drive up there to find out youchange the time again it was 8 and now its 5 that's pretty ridiculous as a business to stay open you can't even pay the rent ifyou're not bringing in money. I currently have five employees and we are open are full hours 7 days a week so I don't know ifit's just the management doesn't care cuz I'm pretty sure the owner does is there not a general manager at this location? Iassume you guys must be a franchise store because I don't believe that corporate would allow this to happen so does corporateknow that you guys are closing whatever you want?? I'm usually a huge Arby's fan, so I thought I'd try the new Wagyu burger (purchased 6-13-2022 8:08pm) because the advertising... and picture made it look very tasty and fresh. Don't waste your time or your money. paid $11.48 for a combo meal, Burger wasdry, extremely overcooked (not medium as advertised) very small and tasteless. I've had quarter pounders at McDonalds that werejuicier and more fresh than this charcoal briquette. When I took it back to the counter, and told them it was way overcooked anddry, I was told that's the way they are supposed to be. They only cook them well done because people were complaining, There wasno offer to make a fresh one or replace with a different sandwich. I wish I could say at least the fries were fresh and hot, butthey weren't, they were luke-warm at best and limp, like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. The storeappeared to be a newer location from the outside, however the inside was very dirty, the floor throughout the dining room areawas so sticky that your shoes would stick when walking. I will not be back to this Arby's location and will be in no hurry toreturn to Arby's in general anytime soon if this is the kind of service and low quality food that I can expect. Read more

My husband just picked up dinner for us and it was the worse we ever had. We got the new burger which was so burnt that the... edges were crunchy. It was so dry. It only covered part of the bun. They should stick to the sandwiches they have done for yearsand leave the burgers to the fast food places that know how to make them correctly. Also, the fries were under cooked. Terribleexperience. Too many other places to deal with them. Read more

I tried to order the new bacon ranch steakhouse burger - I was told they didn't have any left, "...they are all frozen.". Ended... up ordering 2 Beef and Cheddar meals, both curly fries had *old/stale* crinkle-cut fries mixed in. My guess is that they alsoran out of curly fries as well. Thank you for the incredibly outstanding experience ordering at the drive thru this evening! Never heard anybody take an order... as efficient as the guy who took ours in record time. It was made quick, was accurate, and the fries were hot ???? and just whenit seems like customer service is a thing of the past we were met with friendly, professional staff at the window. And special kudos to the ?support staff? who gives credit to everyone who works there for their successes. Now that?s awesome leadership???? Read more
