I hate that I love Arby's such because this place is very disorganized. I moved out thr KC about 3 months ago and saw the Arby's... on my way to the bank. So I got excited when I daw how close it is to my place. This is the second time I've been here and I'mhonestly disappointed. The first time i went in because I saw how big the drive thru line was; and when i got inside I wasn'tgreeted at all, and then waited there forever before someone finally got to the counter. Fine, ordered happy and on my way.Today: I decide drive thru since I just got home from vacation yesterday and I look homeless. I was 3 cars behind the speaker,fine. I worked "fast food" before and know that it's tough. It took FOREVER for the cars to move... I almost went inside again.Well, I get up to the speaker was greeted instantly, great! Then was asked to wait. I waited so long that I different personactually got on and apologized for my wait. So I order and I will admit I'm annoyed with my wait at the speaker. So then JUSTlike thr speaker, im just waiting at the window. No one opens the window, nothing. So be aware that you get decent food for subpar work. Nothing about fast food is fast Read more
It's been many years since I've had Arby's, we came for the new fish basket. I like fish that's crispy and crunchy on the... outside and flaky, moist on the inside. This was microwaved, very soggy, no crunch it just fell apart when I picked it up, thefries were very watery. We were too far away, to come back. I gave it 3 stars because the fresh market lemonades were tasty andmy daughter really enjoyed the orange cream shake. Read more
Service was a bit slow but they gave me good food with the correct portions. Better than the other 3 Arby's in the area as the... others will serve you smaller portions of expired meat that is hard and leathery. I don't like paying for old disgusting meat. Diablo sandwiches are amazing. Better be ready for the heat though Arby's was playing when they come up with these sandwiches
